“I ordered my Bench Polisher primarily because it was the best price on line and fortunately it came with first class customer service thrown in free The order was acknowledged and I was advised of a 24 hour delay from the supplier I was kept informed and advised of a delivery schedule which was correct right up to the hour of delivery and I received the item within 5 days ,which I am very pleased with. So a big thankyou especially to Gosia in Sales”

“There was utter silence as soon as I placed my order. No sign of the promised Email confirming the Order, no sign of the goods 2-3 days later. Tried their Website only to find that as everyone was working from home there was no prospect of speaking to anyone directly or on line. All I could do was to send a message and wait. And then, further silence. The goods arrived suddenly a couple of days later very in an oversized box with no packing within the box itself so the items rattled around inside (2x boxes of screws, a container of filler and 2.5 litre paint) so the box arrived almost in pieces and insecure. The paint tin was damaged. Very unimpressive. Won't be using again :(”
