“Fantastic customer service. Power Tools Direct, and especially Gosia, moved heaven and earth to get a patio heater, which itself was great value, to us in time for the Easter Weekend so my mother could meet her first great-grandchild. All were warm and cosy. Thank you!”

“first order and after week ( albeit Easter ) and paying for early delivery - advised not in stock and refund would be made . this is poor as we have to pay painter We should have been told out of stock earlier Gosia was very helpful tho”

“Straight forward purchase of a small item, (hand fork). Arrived packaged in a thick black cling film like plastic. This was rather difficult to remove, requiring scissors along the whole length of the handle, although going gently I managed without damaging the item. Already using and am happy with purchase and with my experience with Power Tools Direct. Thank you.”

“Website easy to use. Good selection of the paints I wanted at a competitive price. My order was delivered a couple of days before the stated delivery date. Only negative was that I felt the delivery cost was a little high, although this was largely offset by the low price of the goods.”
