“Found what i wanted at a cheaper price than anywhere else. Delivery was prompt and fast. Couldn't be happier with item i bought. It was a bank holiday so expected delivery to take a little longer.”

“Paid for required screws etc for an urgent job. paid for 2 day delivery. nothing Now they will not respond to my emails. Obviously a poor drop shipping account. This will go to court I reckon. I just wanted simple contact and updates on my order.”

“problem with a disc/belt sander which proves to be faulty after two weeks use, prompt response ,they arranged collection on the Friday and called me on Wednesday confirming they were replacing the item foc. will buy from them again”

“Ordered on a Monday (machine was in stock) and paid extra £9.95 for fast delivery as a contractor was coming to my home to use the machine. Having chased Power Tools Direct several times, they eventually emailed me 8 days after the order and told me they have no stock and are refunding me. By this time the contractor had been anyway and charged me for his time even though I didn't have the machine. So Power Tools Direct cost me an extra £300 for nothing. If they had no stock, why did they put the order through, take my money and not contact me once to let me know I wouldn't be taking delivery? Awful, do NOT use them.”
