“Had a large project at home that required this product and although good prices were offered by other companies more local this offer far exceeded the previous purchase prices I paid and including postage the saving was excellent. Excellent service, excellent item, excellent company. Would most certainly buy from them again.”

“They are great for hand tools. Specifically I found they sell Bahco files for considerably cheaper than elsewhere. So I will continue and encourage people to check them out. My files came wrapped very carefully and was a no nonsense approach. Website in terms of Bahco files is very very easy to find the specific file your after unlike Amazon etc. I cannot find any genuine fault in the service I had. Have saved them and will be buying more stuff from them.”

“The website contains false information - eg promises of availability and fast delivery of items which in reality are not in stock. Having no telephone contact number is also a big negative. Once the non-availability of my order was recognised a refund was speedily completed - this therefore a credit to the company. Technically I am not a customer therefore the remaining questions do not apply.”

“Hurrendous experience. Paid for next day delivery items arrived 8 days later. Asked to cancel order in the third day as you said items hadn’t been dispatched was told I couldn’t. Asked if I could return items. Only at my cost. Asked for refund of my next day delivery fee £24.95. No response. Absolute shambles. Will never use again. Avoid avoid avoid”

“Easy to order & make payment, but disappointed with the Customer Service. Although part of my order was refunded, there was no communication or apology regarding the parts of my order that couldn't be fulfilled. Would I order again? Maybe if the price was right, but sadly wouldn't be my first choice.”
