“Unfortunately the item arrived damaged, possibly in transit but the company responded excellently to my request to return it. And my refund was promptly paid back. Will purchase again from here if I need to”

“I was looking to buy quite an expensive piece of kit and looked at another retailer as well as PTD. Despite mailing the other company I never received a reply!! With PTD I got an almost instantaneous response from Gosia from sales which reinforced my belief that a purchase from them would be well supported should there be any issues. Great customer service when some companies are still hiding behind the COVID excuse shield !!”
