“I ordered some router bits that were urgently needed and expected them to be delivered within 2-3 working days. still no delivery after four working days I contacted Power tools Direct and they said they would look into it and the following day I received an email to say there was a stock error and they did not have the router bits. Problems do happen especially during these difficult times but if I had been notified about this error by yourselves straight away instead of me having chase up the delivery I would have been happier so that I could have continued to search for these elsewhere. We were credited straight away for the error.”

“Items delivered as ordered and on time. Unfortunately, one of the boxes had suffered damage in transit and some of the contents were missing. Quickly resolved by Power Tools with a refund as replacements were long lead items.”
