“Prompt efficient service quick delivery. After ordering some gloss & primer I found I had enough gloss so emailed them to see if I could cancel the gloss. I received a response same day advising cancellation & refund”

“Stock availabilities are not updated on website, 2 of my 3 ordered items got refunded. Wouldn't have ordered only one item, as was aiming to combine postage for all 3. Now have to pay again for postage when ordering the 2 others elsewhere. After complain they didn't offer free postage for the 2 other items when back in stock. Not impressed by service at all.”

“Placed an order with 2-3 day delivery. A week later no order received, I chased up the order to be told they had been let down by supplier on an item. This is understandable, but what is disappointing is that PowerToolsDirect, did not contact me, I had to contact them. The order was then shipped to me without consulting me about the missing item, I then had to chase up a refund of the late shipping charge. I have been refunded for the missing items and postage which is pleasing, but I am without the item that I wanted which is frustrating and hence my low star review.”
