“Good company good quality order muck folk for my dad’s birthday which he loves but was let down miserably br DHL delivery service it didn’t arrive on time the first attempt the driver couldn’t find the address and the next two attempts was just returned to the depot it got delivered on the fourth attempt but after my dad’s birthday very disappointed in DHL”

“You only really find out how good a supplier is when something goes wrong. In this case, one item was out of stock at first but this item was quickly and efficiently supplied and despatched very promptly. This amounts to really good customer service and therefore warrants a five-star score.”
