“Competative pricing on good quality tools, kept up to date on order processing. I did have conflicting messages from the delivery company relating to delivery times but tools arrived ok.”

“The tools and items are of a reasonable price and quality. Not too happy about the cost of postage, £1 difference between rapid delivery and standard which can take up to a week. Standard delivery should either be free or at the least half price to rapid delivery.”

“5 days late on delivery SO FAR. Tried calling but answer phone says they no longer take calls, and e-mail is the only way of communication. Companies need to stop hiding behind Covid. I try to boycott any company that I cannot talk to over the phone at least, my mistake I guess.”

“Need to clarify that the express shipping option for £6.95 is Royal Mail 24 (not Tracked 24). I'd strongly recommend that you look at alt couriers - for £6.95 you can almost afford Parcelforce.”
