“I ordered 8 chargable batteries and I recieved 4 batteries. When I called customer service, I had to leave a voicemail and no one called me back. When I sent an email I received an email back the following day that they wanted me to sent pictures of the box and the batteries that I did receive - which I did the same day. “I could not even begin to describe how much of a headache this purchase has been, I purchased 12/4/2024 and now is 12/22/2024 and still have not received my package that I paid $175 I emailed Tenergy power and they have yet to resolve or even answer what is really taking so long. I already contacted customer support to provide input on the subject about creating battery packs to match the battery organizers they sell. I’m still waiting for a reply. Instead they sent this opportunity for a review.

After reviewing your order, we see that the order was placed on October 4th and was shipped out the next business day (October 7th). Base on the tracking, the package was delivered on October 16th.
We do see in your particular case, there were some unforeseen delays with USPS. We assure you that is NOT the norm for USPS, and apologize for any inconveniences this has caused.

“I ordered 2 batteries for my solar flag light on 9/29/24. I received the 2 batteries on 10/8/24, via USPS.
It was not worth the wait, as the replacement batteries were longer than the batteries they were replacing by a millimeter or two - but that matters in fittings of this type. While struggling to make the battery fit, I touched a connecting wire and broke the connection. The battery finally fit in the case, but it is immaterial since the whole purpose is lost without the solar connection. I will not order here again.”

- Diameter: Between 18 mm and 18.6 mm
- Length: Between 65 mm and 65.3 mm (protected cells may be longer, up to 70 mm)
We can confirm that the dimensions of our 18650 battery are 65.2 mm in height and 18.4 mm in diameter, which is within the limit size.

Typically when users have a DIY setup, in this case DIY solar conversion setup to charge a battery pack, while it can possibly work, it is not a conventional charger for Li-ion or LiPo packs. Because the charging device deviates from this, our team is unable to provide validation on whether its compatible - should it not perform as intended or if other issues occur.
