- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping Time: up to 3-7 Business Days
After reviewing your order, we see that the order was placed on August 14th and was shipped out on the same day. Base on the tracking, the package was delivered on August 26th.
We do see in your particular case, there were some unforeseen delays with USPS. We assure you that is NOT the norm for USPS, and apologize for any conveniences this has caused.

“I have received the product. Used to replace batteries in chirping smoke/Co alarms. Some it helped, one it did not. Could be improper placement of battery. They don't make these to be easy. Not the fault of the battery as far as I know.”

I didn?t feel like starting over with another chat so I logged back into the website and completed the order by updating a Pay Pal account I guess I had Years ago. Order was completed. But this was a frustrating procedure that could have been finished in a timely fashion!!!”
“I was offered free shipping and given 5 choices. Turns out free shipping did not apply to all the choices but all the choices were available to choose from. I use the product and find it works really well. Just hate that the website did not adjust the shipping choices if all are not free.”
