“Items received in very timely manner. Good product cost and reasonable shipping fee. However, I had ordered 3.6V batteries but received 3.7V batteries. Fortunately this was not a problem for my little DIY project. I would order again from Tenergy in the future. 👍”
“Shipping was fast. However packaging was not ideal. The battery I order was not enclosed in a temperature proof wrapping, just thrown in the bottom of the box! As a result when I retrieved it from my apartment complex sun baked mailbox it was very hot…! Which could have been resulted in explosion…!”
“The battery fit all power requirements but not in physical size. It was approximately 1/8” too short. I had to adjust the terminals to accommodate a good fit.
It’s in a charging status at this time.”
“Website kept reverting back to wrong size. It showed i order one thing but after sale processed checked out the wrong size batteries.
Also the one shipping box crushed one of the battery boxes but batteries ok.”

“I purchased a dehumidifier, and upon opening the box, the water tank was missing. I emailed Tenergy, and when no reasons I called (total of 2-3 days). Then 3 days later the water tank was at the door. Ps: I haven?t looked at the water tank yet as I just picked it up the package.”
“Your batteries are rated very highly. I haven't received them yet, but don't expect any problems. I have a Tenergy battery charger. My only disappointment was an account was created for me when I didn't ask for one.”
