“Placed an order for some dewalt accessories. I also ordered a new Dewalt tool which included the same accessories so I tried to cancel my first order. Rang several times but to no avail then sent emails stating my request (3) but still no reply/ Then eventually a response l was trying to help them and save postage costs. Then until today after another email stating ( from me ) asking when is my order coming. They say 1/2 days delivery NOT 7 days WHY do these companies just say we don't have it in stock I completely understand. It's the way they RUN their company. Not great service, unfortunately.”

“Great price, very fast postage. But found it a bit weird when my brand new Bosch impact driver turned up in a cardboard dewalt grinder box !! It doesn't really matter, but when I buy a brand new tool, I expect it to arrive in original packaging. It also caused an issue, as I was needing the specific Bosch tool number from the original box to register it for the Bosch pro deals ( I had to phone you up to get this number), hopefully I still get my registration correctly completed with the number you guys gave me over the phone!!).”

“I had massive issues with the delivery which was 100% a FedEx issue. Power Tools UK were extremely helpful and proactively contacted me to give me updates based on their discussions with FedEx. I would happily buy from them again as they took real ownership of an issue which was as much out of their control as it was mine.”

“Service great. The jacket itself doesn’t get hot, I was expecting so much more… I hope it’s a fault as the jacket is good quality but either doesn’t heat up at all or it’s just not that good? Anyway will be returning asap when I find the returns section. Thanks”
