“My client needed and overnight shipment before she left the country. I paid for overnight and it was shipped two days late. It was delivered on the day she left. After she left. I’m dissatisfied.”

“I was referred by Jen O'Sullivan, and some suggestions by David Smith of LifeWave. I have just started using some of the products I purchased. I find it difficult , sometimes, to consume multiples of the same supplement, so I divide them up between lunch and dinner. I wish there was a simpler solution, and information about when is the best time to consume each individual supplement, and which is best to combine or avoid taking with other supplements.”

“Very satisfied with PRL supplements-no toxic tag-alongs! I often recommend PRL and QRA to friends struggling with illnesses. Website is not user friendly. I have found that I need to double-check the quantity in my cart because it mysteriously increases. Decreasing the FREE shipping to $50 would be helpful as well.”

“Good service, the only thing is that my practitioner made a mistake on my order, cancelled it immediately (and wrote another), but it is taking forever for the cancellation to go through on our credit card statement. It is just a little annoying that you can take the money so fast, but take quite a long time to return it. Maybe it’s the cc company’s fault, I don’t know, but it is irritating for my husband to check it day after day and it is still “pending”.”
