I’m so confused. I haven’t even received my product yet and I’m being asked for a review? Where is my product first of all!

Great supplements but disappointing customer service. They made two errors with my order. It took numerous phone calls and emails. It has been 8 days, and it is still being resolved.

This website needs some serious renovation. Trying order products is very difficult! Frustrating! Locating products is equally as difficult. Re ordering is not easy as well!

Honestly surprised at how bad the taste was? I had been trying to find a pill version of magnesium from PRL but the powder was the only option. Regretably I purchased two bottles and I say regretably because after I had my first sample I was pretty shocked at the taste. Wish I hadn't had bought two. A pill option would be great...

For fifteen years I have rarely been dissatisfied with the service I received from PRL. Since November 2023, getting orders filled and shipped in a timely fashion is like pulling teeth. Even on the occasion that I have calledd the day I placed the order to indicate that my client (with end stage cancer) needs his products in fewer than two weeks, it still takes 9 days for his order to be filled. I retest clients after they've been on the protocol for three weeks. THat way they finish their protocol and have a seamless transition to the next phase. Apologizing for the company is becoming quite embarrassing.

I ordered 4 products and 2 and a half weeks received only 3. I paid for 4. I called my rep and she told me they were out but the records did not show her that when she took my order. . We are waiting for 1 week to see if the product comes in. If not, my rep said she would seek to credit my charge card. just to clarify, I am happy with my rep, not with warehouse and shipping.

PRL emails me only when they need my review, but I never hear from PRL about discounts or promotions if it wasn’t for my practitioner who keeps me in the loop. In this case, keep your communication with practitioners only.

Quality of the product is okay, but your return policy is not up to par with other providers. Having to pay for shipping on a return is not acceptable.

I like your products, however, for multiple reasons, I don't buy as much as I used to buy. Your prices are way too high. I have mentioned before that the website is a nightmare. It takes way too long to place an order= find the products I want and put in my discount code etc...why isn't the discount code automatically added since I have signed in under my name? You do not offer bottles of products in larger quantities so I was throwing tons of plastic bottles into the trash.

I hardly ever order directly from PRL because no one answers my phone messages or emails. It's as if no one works there any more. Then, the main product I order is the Premier Digest. You no longer have it on Fullscript. They say it's YOU, and I'm sure you will say it's THEM that is preventing it. This company has really gone downhill in the past few years.

The last year plus, service has been very poor at PRL. This is not the service I had gotten in years past. Trusted employees that I have worked with in the past are now gone, texts and phone calls have gone unanswered. Honestly I have stopped reaching out to get support as a practitioner, unless absolutely necessary. I also believe it is time for more conferences and the summit to come back. I can’t imagine Dr. Marshall would be pleased with the turns PRL has made. If I knew of another company with as great as products, I would consider switching my practice over to them.
