So far I have not seen any remarkable results using your products. Hoping that for the money spent with the currency exchange from US to Canadian dollars it will be worth it.

I like the products and the delivery is quick. I wish the autoship gave free shipping and a discount. The prices are really high and pretty soon I won't be able to afford the $300 to $400 a month I currently spend and will need to look for alternatives.

I am concnerned that my supplements arrived in a plain package that was not insulated. It is extremely hot here and all of the bottles were warm.

Yesterday, (Thursday, August 1), I updated the new PRL Pricelist into Quickbooks. I followed the SLP, (MAP): EXAMPLE: 2411 Biliven $35.48, I put it into Quickbooks at $35 for our customers. But, when I compared that price to Amazon Prime at $32.90, (Premier Research Lab Store pricing), we are being undercut. What good is MAP pricing if you're going to undercut the practitioner? This undercutting is across the board for all the products we stock for our customers. The only exception I found was for Melatonin-ND: MAP $18.98 / Amazon: $19.84 Very disappointing!

We love your products. However, we have had to call in on the last two invoices to remove the sales tax. We have been tax exempt for over 9 years and it can be frustrating when it is not set up that way on your website. Thank you.

Products work and I reorder as I need them. However, your customer service needs some work. My credit card was double charged for an order I placed. A customer service rep said they had no record of a double charge and asked that I provide proof. I provided a screenshot of my charges online with my credit card showing the double charge. I've heard NOTHING from your customer service about a reversal or anything. Customer service is as important as your products.

It would be helpful if you showed on the invoice the discounted price of each product. Also, when you list the order for printing if you would list the name and amount only, not the picture of the product. This would save paper and printer ink.

I was wanting to order coconut oil. I have ordered it in the past. When I checked on Amazon it is out of stock. Is there a reason when on the prlab site it doesn't say out of stock instead of not showing up at all. Super frustrating to spend time looking for something on your website that doesn't show up. Better communication would contribute to more ease. I have found the quality of some of your products to have decreased in the last few years. I am less likely to refer people to your products than I had in the past.

Response to emails has been pretty much non existent from my experience. Shipping and handling seems to be just OK. Place an order Monday morning they print the label Monday but order doesn't go out until Tuesday end of day. I do use the free shipping but it takes 3 or 4 days to from TX to NC. I'm here because the products are supposed to be high quality but what I mentioned could use some improvement

I just wanted to say it’s so hard to get those very precious vitamins.. shipping is what kills me is so expensive for them to be shipped to me but yet I have to have them. I wish the shipping would be cheaper if that possible Carol Stackhouse thank you

The last order took longer than usual for delivery and I had no updates on the shipping for my order. I had to call several times just to get an update.

I’m a practitioner and i was charged the regular price instead of practitioner proce. I called twice to resolve the issue and I found that the customer service didn’t follow through on what they said they would. The second person I spoke with said she didn’t even see a note from the first person i spoke with who was supposed to email me a new invoice. When I asked her for a final invoice she was not very friendly then finally said she would send it. When I had questions she said she doesn’t know and the first person I spoke to would have the answers (who remains unidentified?). Anyways, it hasn’t been s very smooth process so far. I’m hoping things improve with the company and that maybe these last 2 times I interacted with someone was just a fluke.
