“I've ordered 3 items. Mattress was unavailable so I've received email that money I've paid for it been refunded - been 5 days and still waiting for money. Hand pump been missing from delivery. Ive paid over 70£ and rwcieved only pushchair worth 24.99£”

“I would like to say that the Pram Centre is the only place to get what you need for your babies transport and more. We had been to other stores to see the options, but when we decided what we liked, we bought it from you and it was a bonus that we got a discount on the price which made it the best deal for us overall. So thank you and would definitely recommend you to others.”

“The whole process from ordering the cot to receiving it was easy and quick !! Pramcentre kept me informed with phone calls too. The cot is a present for my son and his wife and hope when they open it that it is in pristine condition!!”

“Excellent service. Much cheaper than anywhere else, even with discount vouchers. Ordered 2 items, and the only downside was that they were packaged separately and one got sent to the wrong depot, through no fault of pram centre...but delay was only one day. I phoned to find out what had happened and they found out for me within 5 mins and phoned me straight back, very friendly and helpful, would definitely use them again.”

“Really happy with the purchase but the delivery man left the baby swinger package outside the door for a 9th month pregnant lady to get the package into the house. He even hasn't responded when my wife called him for help. That's very rude.”
