“Terrible service and product! After stating delivery is 3 days, I had to call after a week to chase up where my order was. When the crib was finally delivered it was the wrong colour to what I had ordered. The bedding that comes with the crib is not 'white' as the description states, it's more like a degrained White that makes it look dirty and grey. Very disappointed with this.”

Hi there, Thank you very much for you review. I am extremely sorry about the service you have received. Our website states that we will call you if the item does not appear to be in stock ( you will find this in our terms and conditions ) I am extremely sorry that we delivered the wrong goods to you, I have passed this review along to my manageress who is making sure that this does not happen again. I will also look into why the colour of your bedding looks different in the picture from the bedding you have received as this should have never happened. My apologies again. Many thanks, Louisa

“To be honest I was very disappointed, I ordered a product online only to be informed the next day by voicemail that the actual product had been discontinued and there was no such items in stock. I tried to call back and waited 5 minutes to get through to customer services, only for the phone to be answered and then put down. I tried again and waited 21 minutes for the phone to be answered. The lady did apologise and say I would be refunded but today funds have left my account and not been returned.”

“Ordered a bath and changing unit.. Opened the box and it was dirty and clearly used. Very shocked and disappointed! They offered a replacement so I will see how that goes.”

“Still waiting for the cot !!! my family are now going home poor babe was in a cramped pram to sleep, no reason until I had to ring up and was told they are waiting for the mattress WHY could you not let me know and I would have made other arrangements you have taken the money !! by the way its two weeks plus since I ordered it I am begining to wonder !!!!!”

“Needed a pushchair urgently due to our old one failing. Pram centre had the one we wanted "in stock" so we placed order, 4days later we were told it wasn't in stock and had a 2 week lead time. We requested a refund via email but didn't receive any conformation or acknowledgement from pram centre after 3 emails and 2 failed phone attempts. The refund appeared 4 days later still with no conformation or communication of of any kind. Not brilliant have ordered one from winstanleys pramworld having wasted 9 days with no pushchair”

“I tried to order products from you and again online and when I went to pay an error message appeared that said the transaction could not be completed. I have since went and bought what I needed from another shop but on my credit card there is a pending transaction for the products I was unsuccessful in buying. Please sort this out as this is the second time this has happened to me. I will not try to buy from you again.”

“I order the buggy as the website said 3-5 working days. However after waitin 3 days to hear from them I called. Was on hold for 1.38 hrs and when I finally got through was told it was out of stock and did I still want it? I said no cancel the order. Was told it had been cancelled. The next day I received an emailing replying to an email I had sent 2 days before to tell me that it was out of stock and ask if I still wanted it. It went to say that they had left a voicemail. Which they hadn't. And asking me to call them again to let them no if I wanted it or not!!”

“Ordered a car seat it took 2 days for them to contact me and tell me its not in stock after they took the money just to tell me its going to take 3 to 5 working days for a refund why is your stock not monitured and customers should be able to see its not in stock so they don't have the inconvienence of waiting so long for their money to be refunded will not be wasting my time on this site again more frustrating as my baby due in few days and now have to try else where”

“Unfortunately I had a terrible experience after purchasing the orbit baby pram on line and confirming with the sales team delivery and in stock. I received a email the next day at 3pm to say they didn't have this item in stock and it would take a further 3 weeks very disappointing. Waiting for my refund.”
