Incredibly slow. Ask the same question multiple times. Unresponsive. Sent documents to the buyer with errors we had to correct.

We were recommended to use them by Purple Bricks. Very disappointed that they are not answering g calls or emails, and holding up the exchange.

Needed a quick sale They never looked at the documents I sent them Never contacted me to say there was anything wrong with what was provided I had to contact them! Charged me stamp duty BEFORE 1 October a further £14,000 which I will NOT be paying then they cancelled my order for my mortgage on the day we were due to exchange. 28 days to respond to a complaint I don’t have that it will all fall through if we do not complete this week. Couldn’t not speak to complaints team so I emailed ombudsman services hope they enjoy and can afford my compensation

Terrible service, was incredibly stressful dealing with them. 1. I was not in a chain but it took 6 months to complete. 2. Really hard to get through and speak to anyone. 3. When I did get through and asked why no progress had been made, I would be told this was because I hadn't signed a certain form. When I said I had never been asked to sign that form, no apology. 4. My solicitor went on maternity leave and didn't hand over to anyone so nothing happened on my case for 2 months. It was only after weeks of trying to contact them that I found this out. 5. The day before completion, they lost vital paperwork I had paid a lot of money to send recorded delivery. 6. Spent months answering the same questions again and again as my solicitor would not read my emails properly. 7. Me and my buyer both went with PPL but our solicitors refused to talk to each other (despite being in the same office) so I ended up having to speak to my buyer directly all the time so he could chase. Very stressful experience, avoid at all costs.

Search reviews Bart Shymansky Bart Shymansky 1 review 1 star: Bad Updated a day ago Failed guaranteed I've tried to sell my house twice with them. Both 1st and 2nd time this has failed and I've lost my buyers. Over the period of about 6 months there was no way to communicate with conveyancer as 100% of the time automated system tells you he is busy, "please don't leave any massages as voicemail is not monitored". Emailed them number of times and each time I emailed conveyancer directly I've never had any response. Few call back after emailing and CC'd in head-office. Currently I've moved away to local company and "what a difference!" When my new solicitors asked to provide searches over they were ignored, I called PPL for this matter and got usual answer from receptionist saying they are unable to speak to me as all conveyancers are currently busy. I've decided to email PPL and CC in PPL head-office to get call back within 5min. I'm going to be very kind saying this company is one massive JOKE. A funny fact is that under almost every sinlge negative review someone from PPL will add "sorry..we are investigating... "-sure you have to as you clearly don't know whats going on in your own business

Absolute muppets. Surely these peolle are not resl conveyancers. No chain, we rent, multiple changing conveyancers with no clue about our sale, it has taken 5 months so far. We have to constantly chase them up. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. @purplebricks please stop recommending these cowboys.

Coudn’t fault them. Eway app was easy to use. Sometimes frustrating as it can take a while to get through to them but it just takes patience. I wouldn’t want their job, just remember they are making sure you buy a property that won’t have issues when/if you want to sell it. It’s a shame more people don’t appreciate the work involved behind the scenes, it’s not easy!

Absolute charlatans. Conveyancer changed 3 times during process each one worse than the last. How they are still allowed to practice I do not not know. Appalling service from start to eventual finish (7 months). Poor communication, and an unnecessarily long and drawn out process - but like others say - they do not care because they keep getting away with it. They were the cause of so much stress due to their inability to speak to us, return or reply to calls and e-mails. Other professionals I’ve spoken to since in the house sale/buying process does not have a good word to say about them 🤷‍♀️

Absolutely useless, do not use this company. Poor communication, avoid answering phone or emails and lied a number of times throughout the process. Would hate anyone else to go through the same stress we have been through due to these absolute cowboys

Used them when buying my property and were utterly useless - their ineptitude meant the no-chain purchase took 6 months. Now i am selling the property they are clearly still useless - exchange should have been three days ago and still has not happened. Avoid at all costs - why is there no option for zero stars on here?

Appalling, rude. Will not answer calls or return emails. Charlie Ford when we spoke with her on the couldn't have sounded more disinterested if she tried. Our estate agents know what's going on before us! Get yourself a proper solicitor and not a bunch of cowboys like these. Have sold and bought many houses but have never been treated so badly as this company have treated us.

Premier Property Lawyers represents the vendor from whom I'm buying a property. I have serious concerns that they are qualified conveyancers - I'm not even sure there's a genuine solicitor in the lot. 1) Customer service: nil. They are a huge call centre with the apparent goal of having as many paying customers as possible. There is little to no follow-up for these customers - once the money is paid, they are ignored. 2) Efficiency: nil. After repeated messages, phone calls, emails - most of which they say they will "pass on" - they still have not supplied basic documents or answered enquiries essential to the completion of the sale. This conveyance has been dragging on for FOUR months. It is a straightforward cash transaction, with no mortgages, no liens, no loans of any kind. There is no chain involved. If Premier Property Lawyers can't complete a simple unencumbered conveyance, one shudders to think how incompetent they can be with a more complex conveyance.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Various solicitors working on my file no consistency at ALL! Repeatedly asking the same questions - not actually reading the replies sent answered the same questions now 3 times, documents sent 3 times via post, email and scanned to Eway and they still continually ask for them. My solicitor is very rude to me speaks down to me like I am a nobody cannot get calls back, always chasing them with no response back and if I want to complain I was told by a manager that it would hold my case up even more. Causing me sleepless night and IBS/Stress they have no regard for customers, what am I actually paying for as I have been chasing around getting answers, I have brought and sold various properties and I have never received such an unprofessional lack of care solicitors in my time. Premier Property Lawyers are Unprofessional, Rude, Unorganised, paperwork lost, no knowledge on leasehold properties, I was recommend to use this company by Ben Pegg my estate agent and what a mistake this was. Please stay clear off this company.

Multiple solicitor changes - no consistency. Repeatedly asking the same questions - not actually reading the replies I sent. Uncommunicative - very difficult to reach our solicitor. The solicitor went missing on exchange date. It was taken on by one his colleagues who then couldn't locate the appropriate paperwork. Same solicitor went missing on completion day. Our case was picked up by a colleague who called to say we should have transferred funds to them the previous week and our solicitor should have told us. Also we were missing paperwork which we should also have been told about the previous week. So with the removal company loading up I raced down to our bank and had to transfer funds and complete the missing paperwork. Stressful? Just a bit!! Overall I have found Premier Property Lawyers to be: Unprofessional Inept Hard to reach Disorganised and lacking in the skill or knowledge required to be a competent conveyancer. I feel embarrassed to say I paid them to be put under such stressful conditions. Especially when I consider I did some of their work for them. Avoid at all costs.

"Lawyer" - or should I say "Conveyancer" should have picked up the phone and spoken to managing agent directly to discuss concerns re a fire report. There was in fact nothing on that report of concern but they didn't both and as a result after contracts had been signed (but not exchanged) the buyer pulled out. Premier Property Lawyers don't care though - they will still get their fee.

Paul lies everytime you manage to get through to him which take around 200-300 phone calls and voicemails and urgent and emails, he tells you what you want to hear then you done hear back from him.
