DO NOT HAVE ANY DEALINGS WITH THIS COMPANY! This company were acting on behalf of the person we bought a property from. We had issues with their client leaving a skip amount of rubbish and furniture in the property despite being in a contract to remove all. Premier Property did not advise their client to remove it despite being a legal requirement. They also sent an email that was meant for their client to our solicitors which was about us and the situation with the rubbish!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL

Serious delays on sending/responding/actioning enquiries on a shared ownership sale with no lower or upper chain has now put the sale in serious doubt. The conveyancer takes around 3 weeks to answer any queries and is virtually impossible to contact via telephone. Even after this has been escalated to senior management there has still been no positive movement or contact. Avoid using if at all possible.

Premier Property Lawyers were great in the buying/selling of properties recently. We had a specific Conveyancer assigned to us who took the time to explain things to us and was happy to answer our questions. He was more then happy to raise issues and concerns with the solicitors of our vendor and buyer and worked to get things resolved quickly. They use an online customer portal which we really liked as we could see what was happening and whether or not we needed to action anything. All in all a fantastic service which we would highly recommend.

If I could give them no stars I would. Was recommended these through strike estate agents as they trade under the name strike conveyancing. I was told it would be really easy and smooth and would go faster than other firms. We are now nearly 4 months in. My conveyancer never answers my calls or emails and gives updates weeks overdue. My deal is about to fall through because of my conveyancers ineptitude. They don't update their clients, they don't update their vendors. There is no direct way to contact my conveyancer- the email address is a communal Inbox and I have no direct line for her. The seller is literally about to back out and my conveyancer decides that now is a great time for when take annual leave without informing us of that fact. Stay away from this ridiculous company. They will not try to to help you. The actual worst stress I have ever experienced in my life

Don’t use these clowns, you will waste your time and money. Because of their incompetence we are going to lose the purchase so will other people on the chain. Can’t get through the conveyancer. Have to complain multiple times to get answer from them. Even then the response is same as the last time, I have to do most works myself as the conveyancer is useless. If you ring the office you will be speaking to customer service agent who have no idea what’s going on. My mortgage offer expires in 3 weeks and no news of any exchange date. The conveyancer is taking their time doing simple jobs and says it will be done when it’s done. DONT BELIEVE THE 5 STARS REVIEW on Google, if you scroll the reviews u will see they have either 5 stars or 1 stars. No 3 stars or 4 stars. They are paying companies to write them a good reviews. Stay away from them.

I was the buyer of a property and the sellers were using PPL as their conveyancer. Shocking communication, organisation and so slow to deal with.

PPL were recommended to me by my mortgage broker, having never had a solicitor before, I didn’t know any better, 15 months I have been trying to buy my house, my first home, it’s a right to buy, there’s no chain, everything has been done, all surveys, etc they keep coming up with more unnecessary queries, which I have been advised are not actually needed. I have had two mortgage offers due to the amount of time it has taken, i have four weeks left before this current mortgage offer expires due to the rise in interest rates now I cannot afford a third mortgage offer and I am going to lose my home, unless a miracle happens, devastating absolutely the most horrendous experience of my life. Everyday I email and call and I get nothing back.

Our vendors are using PPL. Absolutely shocking. Our chain is about to collapse and they do not care. Our solicitor has said they are completely incompetent and they are the source of all the delays but push the blame onto others. They have been refusing to exchange as they're waiting for 'enquires' which we were told today aren't actually needed and aren't a legal requirement. They've been waiting for enquires now for like 10 weeks. Do not use this company!!! They will cost you so much stress and most probably your sale too. Absolutely rubbish!!!!!!!!!

We are buyers in a no chain purchase. The first part of the process was quite quick, but when it came to raising inquiries and reviewing them ...we are waiting for more than 6 months, we are desperate we will loose the property. PPL literally do not care about its customers. The solicitor is just trying to buy more time asking for more unnecessary documents. Incredibly poor service!

I think it's safe to assume that anything above a 1 star rating is a fake review. Premier property lawyers should not be allowed to operate. Considering that buying a home is one of the most stressful experiences in life, PPL seem determined to make it so much worse at every step. You will not have a personalised experience. Instead, you will be assigned a conveyancer who is not allowed to make decisions and cannot give you real time updates. PPL are essentially a badly managed factory. Your case will be farmed out to a team of people who don't communicate. Your case will not be given any priority, even in the light of your chain collapsing. It will be impossible to get hold of your conveyancer. We had to fire PPL in order to save our purchase. There are many competent conveyancing firms out there. PPL are not one of them and I would urge you to exercise caution if your estate agent suggests using them.

I am buying a house through Strike Estate Agents and decided to use their conveyancing team at Premier Property Lawyers, after being assured that keeping things 'in-house' would make things go much smoother and with less delays. We are still in the middle of our conveyancing process (offer accepted early May) and I would strongly advise anyone against using Premier Property Lawyers. I have been chasing up (without response) the conveyancer in charge of my case since August. I sent multiple emails and spoke many times to different people on the phone at this company, and every time was told that 'the conveyancer isn't in the office today.' I've just discovered that my conveyancer left the company a month ago! In the meantime, my case has been floating around and, after a month, still hasn't been assigned to another conveyancer. After each of my many calls, I was assured that I would receive a callback soon - I still haven't received even a single callback. I then reached out directly to the sellers of the house I'm buying. They are also using Premier Property Lawyers - and have also had a terrible experience, with extremely long waits and total lack of communication. To reiterate, please do not use Premier Property Lawyers - a dreadful experience all round.

Communication is appalling, emails do not get answered, some staff are rude & lack empathy, motivation & honesty. You are told one thing by the Conveyancer but the case notes certainly do not reflect this when other staff try to provide updates. Questions & requests are ignored. You are told IT systems are being problematic & they are being fixed, just another lie. We have been subjected to unnecessary delays due to sheer incompetence, lack of knowledge & motivation. We used this company 4 years ago & had to constantly chase them. The Estate Agent told us this company had improved immensely unfortunately we believed him, they haven’t improved, they are actually worse! The only thing that has improved obviously is his financial incentive to lie. Please do not consider using this company if you value your health, buyers, & sanity. We also found out after instructing them their systems were previously hacked, you can find out more information using Google search.

1) Purchase of an empty property, we’re selling to a cash buyer. No others in chain. Uncomplicated you’d think? 2) On 2nd conversation with our conveyancer we expressly asked if our purchase was a LPA case as owner in Care Home. We didn’t receive an answer to this. she never came back to us on this matter. She is difficult to contact. It transpired that that this is indeed a LPA case which has protracted the process unnecessarily. If we had known this earlier we would not have entered in to this transaction. 3) The conveyancer tells us something on a telephone conversation, but when calling for updates her colleagues state there is no such information on our file. She also says she will call us back but doesn’t. Incidentally our buyers Solicitor and our purchase Estate Agent both report communication issues with them. 4) We most definitely would not ever use or recommend PPL again. Appalling service, non existent customer care and a complete lack of transparency. It appears that due to their incompetence this whole transaction may collapse.

I was woken up at 4:30am on the day of completion by a phone call. I specifically emailed the day before to advise that I am in Ecuador and to call me at a reasonable time such as 7am. Even 6am would have been more acceptable. Communication across the business is shocking. No one talks to one another. I had to keep pushing for todays completion date. The solicitors on both sides seemed happy to drag things out. I had to read everything on e way with no real explanation of things such as the additional two policies I had to take out and pay for. No apology for the stupid early phone call. I had no real idea as a first time seller what was going to happen next. I had to wait until the following Monday to get funds possibly because they left everything so late. I had to contact my mortgage lender myself to find out why there was a difference in money compared to the financial statement. A friend told me recently they are known for not being very quick and I agree with her. Luckily I’m out of the uk now so I don’t have to even consider using this company again. Oh and the quote you get will end up going up.
