Why have they got good reviews on Trust Pilot when they are hopeless? They do ask you to submit feedback at every juncture. Is that their trick? Or what ... Criminally inept. They should be investigated
Is there any consideration of a class lawsuit against this company at this point? Beyond the stress and risk of chains being broken by their incompetence, if only to ensure that they do react appropriately from this point forwards? Their systems have been down now for more than 5 weeks and getting information or commitments from them are almost impossible. The attitude to their customers has been appalling throughout this security event. Their disaster recovery / business continuation plans have been proven to be useless.
Has anyone had any luck in even moving with this company I am considering moving solicitors half way through a process, just want to make sure it's the best thing to do. As no one has anything positive to say.
