“The customer service is unbelievably good. Quick responses, fast actions. Had a problem with a faulty cap I bought there and sent them a photo of it - I first got the mail from the Royal Mail that a parcel was dispatched before customer service wrote me that they're sorry and that they're not only sending a replace, but a second cap as a sorry too!”

“I have been buying my retro cycling gear from Prendas since they began. I haven’t purchased anything for ages and on a whim grabbed a craft undershirt and Santini long sleeve jersey. Comms, shipping and the product are all fantastic. PC has clearly from gone from strength to strength over the years and are brilliant to deal with. Kudos.”
