“Woke up on 07/03/20, the observed holiday for July 4th, to discover my garage door would not raise. Contacted several companies for quotes and availability. Prestige Door gave an acceptable quote and said they could arrive by 1:30-2:00. They called back a little before 11:00 and said they could be at our house within 20 minutes which was great! Kevin arrived and gave us a couple of different repair options along with information about the options to help us make the best choice for our situation. Throughout the service visit, Kevin was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Will definitely call Prestige Door for any future garage door needs. I highly recommend Prestige Door.”

“Amazing service! They showed up the very next day after my garage door spring broke. Very fast service. My garage door hardly makes any sounds at all now. Will use them most definitely if anything else is needed!”

“Prestige Door was excellent! They came out the same day I called. They gave me a quote and fixed the garage door. I was very impressed with the same day service and that Presstige Door had the parts to fix our garage door. No parts had to be ordered! Leatha”

“I woke up this morning to a broken spring, huge problem for us as I was not able to lift the door w/o the spring, and desperately needed to make sure our cars were out so I could drive my wife to Cleveland tomorrow morning for a medical treatment. To be honest I first called another door company that we usually use and they couldn't get anyone here today. I called Kevin at Prestige, he said no problem and was here within 3-4 hours. He was courteous, professional and did a great job, at a fair price. I would definitely recommend Prestige Door Company. Next time I need door service, Prestige will be my first call. D. “Called at 5:15 pm on a week night and spoke with Kevin. He arrived within 40 minutes. Very polite and professional. Explained fixing vs new opener (my opener was approx 38 years old). Decided to go with new opener and Kevin had it working in about 75 minutes. Helped set up keyless entry and also door opener in my car. Great work. Highly recommend.”

“Kevin phoned me to keep me informed on when he would get to me. He did a good job, little more expensive then I would have liked. The work was done well, door runs smoothly and is balanced. Time will tell, if it runs for years to come with out a problem, then money well spent.”
