I ordered a size 6 wrap dress which is my normal size and I even went so far as to measure myself and compare it to the size guide to MAKE SURE THAT IT WOULD FIT. Needless to say, the dress barley fit around my arms/back without nearly busting at the seems. The length? it barley covered my lady bits, literally shorter than a tshirt. I felt like a giant trying to put on childrens clothing. This is why I never shop online for anything but shoes.

Ordered a jumpsuit and not too sure what’s going on with the sizing, ordered a size 6 petite which is my usual size, not really sure who this would fit properly. On a positive note, I do give it one star for versatility, had the option to wear it with either one boob out or with camel toe, which was a nice option to have

Do not buy anything from here. You're better off buying from Fashion Nova or Forever 21. My items were never delivered and I submitted several inquiries about it and still received nothing. Money gone down the drain. Don't bother.

NO REFUNDS GIVEN!!!!!!! I generally do not leave complaints or reviews however in this case I found it extremely necessary. I ordered from Pretty Little Things back in September of 2018, after receiving my package I noticed that my items were not sized correctly (partially my fault) and I needed to return the items. I immediately opted to return the items for a refund. I followed the return steps exactly as outline and this is where the issues started to arise. I was notified through my account that the items that I returned were received by the company and that I should expect my refund to be processed to my account. I waited a full 30+ days with no record of refund to my account. I reached out to PLT on November 16 2018 about the status of my refund and they emailed me back on November 18th 2018 and informed me that my refund would be processed in " 5 working days". I waited and waited, after 2 full weeks and no refund I emailed them again on December 18th 2018 to inquire about the refund; they responded the same day apologizing and assured me that I would receive my refund within "5 working days". After an additional week or so with NO REFUND posted to my account, I proceeded to email them again on January 4th 2019 and I am still awaiting a response. To make a long story short, I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND and the company has CONFIRMED that they have received their items. This is so FRUSTRATING to have completed the return and after 7 months still have not received a refund for the items. I would be hesitant about ordering from this company, because you may not be able to return your items for a REFUND.

purchased 150 worth of clothing. got a confirmation email, even a shipping email. But then received an email saying my ENTIRE order was refunded. I got on facebook chat with them to inquire about my order. Was told at first that they couldn't even find my order, so i sent screen shots of the emails. then i was told my order failed bc items were out of stock. ALL OF THEM ??!... and i was being refunded. They told to me try reorder. BUT my $150 takes 2 days to be placed back into my paypal account and i needed my items by March 6. So if i reorder i would have to pay for the express shipping. and they refused to waive the shipping cost. Why would i reorder if you already canceled my ordered once. All they did was give me a funk 40% off code as if i would order from them again. HA

Ordered a bodysuit, when it arrived it already had a whole in the stitching around the neck. When i returned this item they refused to pay the delivery and only refunded the price of the item even though the item they sent was faulty.

Blouse was too large but also came EXTRMELY wrinkly. I’ve never seen that before. I knew returns were not free but my only return option is to pay $7 to drop it at off at the post office. It’s not even worth the hassle which maybe is the point. Very odd.

I‘ve oredered 9 items. All of them are perfekt! The delievery camed sooner and i am very happy! I am waiting for my second order! And please don‘t forget that you pay €15 for a dress! If you don‘t like it, than go pay €2000 for a Valentino!

I wish I could not give one star. I ordered a dress on 2/8/2019 and was told that I would get my item on 2/19/19. I checked and no delivery on that date. It then said the new delivery date was 2/22/19. Still no delivery. I looked and they had my item all the way in another area and never mine. I checked again today and it showed that my item is being sent back to the sender. I am furious. The messed up part is that there is no visible contact phone number to talk to these people. My item was for a function that I was attending tomorrow and I still don't have it. I am beyond displeased with them.

Don’t even bother on paying extra for quick shipping because they take forever to send your package,discount codes don’t even work waste of money too

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY. i have been emailing for a refund of my order that i sent back for 6 months now and they are now asking me to send them my bank account number. Absolutely unprofessional the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I placed two separate orders with them a few days apart. They both said they were delivered. Could not get in touch with ANYONE so i had to dispute the charges with my bank to get a refund. Will NEVER order from them again!

Ordered a coat from PLT Feb 10th, granted today is the 20th and I received it, however I ordered a size 6 and they sent me a 10. After reading other reviews I’m just going to stick with the coat but I will never shop here again. It’s a waste of time, energy and money.

Says my parcel was delivered on the 12th which it wasn't because I was home all day !!!! And it's impossible to get in touch with anyone to talk about this. Ridiculous

They completely sent wrong sizes! I had read reviews that they do this. I ordered 5 dresses for my bridesmaids. I had ordered 3-size 2, 1-size 4, and 1-size 6. I received 3-size 6, 1-size 8 and 1-size 10! I guess they close their eyes and just stick random sizes in the bag. I have to now pay additional money to ship them back, reorder and wait at least another 2 weeks for my items. Additionally I am not even sure that I will receive my correct refund, or even the correct sizes if I do reorder! How disappointing!!!!! Bad Business Practice and a complete sham of a business! DO NOT ORDER unless you are prepared to have to jump through hoops!

The refunded me the wrong amount, it took me weeks and I was talking to at least 8 different advisors who all told me different things why it had been processed wrongly and that I would receive soon. One advisor was like “i can see it was processed day X you’ll get it soon” the next one was like “it was processed day Y” the next one was like “I can see it was processed today”. I asked multiple times to talk to only ONE advisor instead of explaining my problem all over again but I never got any contact information. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

There has never been a time I've ordered from this company and something bad doesn't happen. I just ordered something and I accidentally added 2 of each to my cart and submitted. i asked them for my refund because I JUST submitted the order but they said I have to pay to ship it back to get my refund. Why the hell am I paying to ship it back. that should be free. Also the delivery is totally off. My order said it was delivered on Sunday. It did not come in till the Wednesday after. I'm so over this company and ones like it. They have horrible customer service; they don't even have a phone number!
