It’s quick delivery , sometimes the quality of the dresses can be a hit or miss because of that you can probably only get one wear out of it

I ordered a dress that looked to be very fitted. It was not. It hung off me everywhere and had no shape to it whatsoever.

I love pretty little thing, their clothes always fit amazingly & their customer service on Twitter is outstanding as they always get back to me pretty quickly. On the other hand if I do need to return something I can do it without a problem, via all the options they send in the post. Finally when I return items, I always receive my refund within about 5 to 6 days .

Thank you so much to Cat and Alice’ s expedient customers service. I purchased and item and upon arrival the item reeked of cigarette smoke, as if someone was smoking in my item. To say the least I was very much bothered and irritated seeing that I had paid extra for express shipping because I needed it for an up coming event. I reached out to PLT Customer service and immediately without hesitation I was shipped another item On the house with no further Hustle or bustle. I understand things happen and we cannot control everything, But it’s how Your company Handled and resolved my issue so professionally and expediently! So for that Cat and Alice... I say, Thank you!

Ordered 5 items to the tune of c£200, all size 'S' (Small) or UK8. All but 1 going back. Absolutely massive sizes...and I mean, massive! Disbelief actually how big they are. Ridiculous! Very disappointed.

Great customer service from Jessika at PLT, Hermes left my parcel outside my front door and it was stolen before I got home. My order was reshipped by PLT within 48 hours.

After waiting for my high knee boots I finally have a girls night out where I can use my new boots For the first time, that I couldn’t enjoy because the heel of my boot came off! in the middle of the night! girls know how embarrassing this is. I used to love pretty little things store but I’m completely disappointed with this experience. Lesson learnt, I rather spent a $100 With good Quality, trustworthy shoes, than $40 for some useless shoes. A completely waste of time and money.

I was promised my delivery on the 8th of November. Today is the 14th and I still have not received it. I am disappointed since I am also not being able to track it.

Cute clothes with decent quality, but the return process is a b*tch. Plus, you can’t exchange anything which is absolutely absurd. I bit the bullet and kept my item that didn’t fit because in the end, it’s going to cost me less to get it tailored than to return the item and buy it again in a smaller size.

So I have the royalty delivery which is well worth it if you need clothes ASAP. I always find the sizing aren’t true at all, I wear an 18 but always end up buying at least a 22? De grading as always. The delivery is okay apart from that fact that Hermes are awful and have lost at least 2 parcels I’ve ordered for next day. I feel like the clothes are okay but very expensive compared to brand like boohooo who have an extensive plus size range.

Left a review here a few days ago, really unhappy with my latest order. Admittedly it was harsh but I still stand by the initial review. The sizing is awful, to have a size 8 pair of leggings squeeze my legs together, painfully, and be unable to get them past my bum, was horrible. It honestly left me feeling embarrassed and ashamed. But why? My other leggings, dresses etc in the same size fit like a dream. We're supposed to be promoting body positivity, they use more plus size models, petite models, but their sizes are still smaller than the average high street store? I have leggings from years ago just from one of those stores in a size 6 that I can get into with ease so.. I will say that their customer service team is amazing, they refunded my delivery fee and my discount code. I'm not sure if I'll use it but I'm very appreciative nonetheless.
