Ordered three items and wanted to return two. Two of the items looked nothing like the picture. The quality was terrible. It was supposed to be form fitting and it was not at all. It appeared to be a stretchy yet quality material in the picture but was just cotton. The one item that I did like had to be altered because the cleavage was literally drooping down, but in the picture featuring the model, it did not appear that way. This would not have been such a big issue and would have tried PLTs clothes again, but they would not process my return because they could not match my order number when trying to return the product. I found that to be hilarious because my order would pop up when tracking it through the site, almost as if they did not want to give my money back. There was also no number I could call. I will not order from this site again solely on the basis of bad customer service.

I ordered from pretty little thing over 6 weeks ago and never received my order!!! Customer service do not help at all.

They sent me the wrong item, told me they could not send the correct one till I sent the wrong one back. Once I returned the item, they refunded me instead of sending me my item, then told me that this was a mistake, and I had to re-order and pay the postage again. I tried to do this, yet the item was fully sold out and back up at full price rather than the sale price. Very bad customer service, stay clear. They even have a return box for being sent the wrong item, so it must happen often!

The dress was not as pictured, I returned right away and still haven’t seen a gift card or money back. It’s been over 2 weeks.

For the most part, I'm pretty happy with what I get from PLT. The fact there is yearly next day shipping on unlimited orders for 10 pounds, accompanied by free returns is pretty phenomenal. You have to give these guys credit for keeping the business model sustainable. On the flip side, is every piece of clothing a winner? Not at all. I've received some real turkeys but the other half of it is pretty cute, and I keep that stuff. Keep in mind there is no hassle in returning what you've bought, and refunds are stupid quick. If you keep the expectation realistic here, you really can't complain. The dress doesn't fit? So what... take an educated guess, order three, return the ones that don't fit right for free. Easy. I'll be renewing my royalty this year, for sure.

I’ve ordered twice from here. Once last year around the fall holidays: I ordered a long sleeve crop. I didn’t expect what I received. People hype this website from Instagram influencers to YouTubers who review their products and etc. But when I got the shirt, the shirt itself was scratchy on the inside and the material wasn’t that great. The way the crop looked wasn’t that bad because it did look similar to the photo but it felt like I had gotten an item for 8 dollars on wish. Also, keep in mind that I had waited for a while to purchase this shirt. It was pricey so I bought it on sale around Christmas. For a shirt that’s supposed to be pricey, you’d think you’d get a long sleeve crop that’s good material. I didn’t bother returning mostly cuz I tried to see if I could stick it out but I ended up donating it lol. On the other hand, this website has good reviews. This year— around two to three weeks ago, I decided to give this place a try again. It had been a while and there were sales so I purchased a Lacey bra —a bralette mostly which was better material. I wish it had fabric on the inside of the cups tho so the lace wouldn’t feel so scratchy but that’s my fault for purchasing a lace bralette, without checking if the cups had fabric. And for forgetting that lace bralette or bras in general are not always made for comfort. It’s not bad tbh. Wish the lace was less scratchy forsure. I think that if you purchase their stuff on the app Dote, your mostly likely to have a better experience and guarantee better quality. I had purchased the long sleeve crop on their website but i had bought the bralette by shopping on Dote. Anyways, I just wanted to write down my experience here.

Reply to Shahbaz , I know the sizing . I’ve order here each time and EACH TIME the sizing was different, 8 is too small and 10 are way too big.. I’ve gotten dresses , rompers and everything. For the size 10’s I usually have to pin my outfit with is sad. Your products are really cute but I always feel short handed when buying from you guys.

I ordered a size 8. Paid for a size 8. And got delivered a size 12. This is not okay. Now I have to send it back and wait to see if I will be given what I actually paid for. Very disappointed.

I ordered 1 pair of shorts On 11/27/19 that was scheduled to be delivered on 12/06/19. And it was never delivered. The tracking information never updated so it still just says in transition. I have reached out to PLT via email and social media and have gotten no response or update on where my package is.

I got my package a week after the date PLT provided. I’m so stupid for continuously buying from you guys. Each time I’ve had an issue with the sizing, to the shipping , or the product defects itself. The only reason I do it to myself is because everything is mostly on sale.

Disappointed is too nice of a word. Bought a red size 2 dress and it’s made to fit close and the dress had no zip. The intention was to wear to a wedding and I could not wear the dress! How can you have a special occasion dress without a zipper?!! The material does. Not stretch and it was the most awkward thing to put on. I almost suffocated. The second dress was extremely thin and see through. Third dress fits like a box. I definitely would not recommend this store to anyone else again.
