“I agree with all the bad experience reviews. They said my order got lost so they had to proceed to a refund. Unfortunately, I never got fully refund and the customer service didn’t helped me with that issue. Moreover, I had to ask the customer service to send me an email confirmation of my purchase because I didn’t received it automatically. To excuse this error, they told me that they would refund my shipping fees. They didn’t fully refund me for that either !”

“I ordered a size small in a dress from them and when it came it was more like a xxs. The material had no stretch to it. I am quite petite and I could barely get the size S over my head it was brutal. If as dress has no stretch to it put a damn zipper or something on it.”

“Terrible ! Never got my item, & they refuse to refund me . They are asking that I do all the work with staying on hold for 2 hours with UPS! Customer support is rude . Give me my refund ! Or give me my damn item”

“I have been trying to get my refund back from PLT for over 2 months now. I keep contacting customer service and I get the same reply every time "sorry to hear that you have not yet received your refund" instead of them actually doing the job. I have still not yet been refunded $70. I have sent them proof of the refunds, canada post tracking numbers of the return, even screenshots of my bank statement and still nothing from them yet. Horrible customer service. If you think of ordering something from PLT think twice because if you don't like the item, goodluck getting your money back. Such a scam. Would not recommend to anyone.”

“Took 13 days for my package to arrive. If you need a reliable company to ship your clothing, PLT is not an option. Every time I order from them shipping is way past the standard shipping time.”

“They have the screen shots, date and order number of the missing items but refuse to send them to me. I even asked if they would issue a store credit or offer me free shipping but they are not doing anything.”

“I wanted to share my horrific experience with Pretty little thing. I ordered a pink size 8 faux fur coat. On the first delivery I was given a brown coat. I had to send it back for them to refund me. On the second order I received the correct colour but the wrong size. After emailing there customer service about this they apologised and refunded next day to re order the coat. Unfortunately I received a black coat in size 10. I have emailed them again and contacted them on Facebook. I was given a code to receive 40% off the coat but it didn’t work. When I told them it didn’t work they told me the code is not valid for sale items and I could save the code for use within 6 months. That is disgusting service as I want to use my discount to order the coat they have delivered wrong 3 TIMES! If you receive the wrong order from this company DO NOT bother re order it is a waste of time and they obviously don’t care about there customer loyalty as I explained I didn’t want to go elsewhere to order the coat and they still have not compensated me.”

“Dont even waste your time... customer service wont help you change your order, they wont cancel it... I cant even change the shipping address before it is sent to the carrier.. and they tell me to deal with the carrier when it's just a few hours after ordering.”

“My order got cancelled by Prettylittlething because of product unavailability, i already paid with Paypal. At my Paypal-Account then was showing 15,6€ to little refund. After about 1 month of mail correspondence with customer service (i can't share other customers experiences about customer service ignoring me, they always replied after at limit 1 day and thats the only positive fact about the whole experience) and correspondence with Paypal's resolution center in an opened dispute at my Paypal-Account, where PLT was accusing Paypal and Paypal two times denied my claim, saying that i had to contact the seller directly, i informed PLT that i was going to make a complaint at italian "Polizia postale" which is the italian police for online fraud. Being only a coincidence or not, the next day the missing 15,6€ were refunded. I here give two stars because of the fact that the missing money was refunded and to honor the (in my opinion) fast replying customer service. Considering that i had to spend time and time again for about one month proving that either PLT or Paypal made a mistake, 1 star should be the real valutation.”

“I ordered trousers on PLT once and it came in the wrong size. Me being stupid and thinking that it was a one time mistake return those and order same the trousers again. IT was the wrong size AGAIN. I won’t be purchasing from plt again. The only reason why this is two stars is because the customer service team were quick and very helpful in answering my complaints”

“Paid for royalty next day delivery, & expected delivery date is for 4 days after the day it was supposed to arrive. SCAM. They wont refund the royalty even though they cannot adhere to it. Will never order agin, their clothes are cheap & fall apart also”

“Spent an hour adding about 29 items to the basket. Tried to checkout and it hung for 10 minutes. Went "back" in the browser, basket was still there. Tried again and I lost my whole basket. It had given me an order number so gave that to customer services and got told to just got back manually and add it myself again... and risk checking out again. WTF???... that just took almost 2 hrs. I'm just trying to spend money and buy my Mrs some clothes for holiday... you're making it very very difficult. Dont bother using this site if you can help it.”

“Worst ever. Anytime I’ve order off the site ive had nothing but trouble. Everything tears after one wear. Really bad quality clothes. I’ve had orders with items missing and when I emailed about it they wanted me to send everything back so they could review my order and send the missing stuff. They take forever to deliver so I didn’t bother because I didn’t want to wait six months to get stuff back. One time the delivery driver put my package in a bucket of water in my back garden... everything got soaked and had to be washed. None of the clothes actually look how they are advertised. I’ve finally learned my lesson and will avoid the site”
