I ordered some items for my daughter for Christmas on 30th november. I had also ordered stuff the day before which I received a week and a half ago. I contacted PLT via WhatsApp and their initial contact said the order had been ‘held up’ but to wait until 19th. I don’t think this is acceptable so have contacted them again today 17th the response this time was ‘it’s lost’ but I still have to wait until 19th so they can report it as lost! I’ve since replied and said it’s not acceptable for which another agent told me that I’d need to reorder the order again pay for it then return the original ‘lost order’ before they’d refund me! How can I return something that’s lost and why do I have to pay for it again. I don’t have the money to pay for it again. I’m really really disappointed by their response and will certainly think twice before ordering again!! At a time when money is tight for a lot of people this is terrible customer service!

Item arrived very quickly, well made, i ordered a denim jumpsuit, fits and looks great, I would just say their clothes run small so just order a size up, would definitely recommend and order again

The worst site!I placed my order on 3th of December and they told that i would recieve the dress by 18th of December,on time for Christmas eve.I didn't recieved anything,on the 14th of December they sent me an email in which the informed me that they got my return and they would refund me by the 23rd of December but only the cost of the dress and not the extra shipping charge that i gave?!I told them that they never sent me anything and to sent me the dress on time for Christmas,they answered finally that the dress was out of stock when i ordered it and they remembered to let me know about this 15 days after they took my money.I told them that i just checked on your site and you have the dress,they answered that it is back in stock so i asked them why you don't send the dress!The answer was that the only thing we will do is refound you also the courier cost that you payed ,on the 24th of December and if i want the dress you must trust us and order it again!In order to do so,they would give me 10% discount which is lower than the discount thet i bought it,which was 30%! So they left me with no dress for the Christmas eve and with no money to buy another one on time since the will refund me on the 24th!The site is a bad joke!

HORRENDOUS! I have ordered from PLT on many different occasions and have never been happy with my purchases, they either come damaged, too big or small when I have ordered MY SIZE. The quality of the clothing is terrible! Each time I see site I try and give it the benefit of the doubt to see if another product would be decent but NO i always regret my purchase. I will NEVER order from PLT AGAIN! Fed up of returning their rubbish!!!!!

I placed an order earlier today, Dec 15th, and have yet to receive an email confirmation of my purchase. I have used their "Madison" robot to try to resend the email confirmation FIVE TIMES (which I still have not gotten yet), because talking to a real person is nearly impossible. Also, they ALWAYS send the wrong sizes, and they don't do exchanges (even if its their fault), so not only do you have to pay to return the item BUT you also have to repurchase it. Horrible company.

I placed my order beginning of Dec and was told it would be here before or on Dec 14th. It didn’t happen and my order information has not been updated for several days so I don’t know where it is!!! I am so disappointed because I ordered it specially so it would come yesterday and now I have to go on my planned trip with no items. :( how can I get a hold of someone?

It is a site I have only used once before. However, the dress arrived quickly. This time I ordered pearl and buckle boots ages ago. STILL waiting on delivery ! They are a Christmas present for someone. Hopeless !

I placed my order on Nov.29 and it is now Dec.14. Estimated delivery said it would arrive ON or before Dec.13 ... When tracking my package it says pending - nothing has been updated since Dec 8th. I contacted fedEx as well, they told me they are still waiting for the package to arrive from the shipper. What is going on? Ive reached out to you guys and still no response!

Ordered one parcel and arrived okay. Ordered another parcel three days later and never arrived. It’s been marked as arrived and tried to contact them and they didn’t help me at all. They stopped emailing after three days of trying to sort this mess out.

I ordered a plt package late december, paid full price for standard shipping and got an email saying my expected delivery day would be Monday 7th if December(already nearly 10 days since day I ordered it). Didn’t arrive on Monday and got an email few days later saying my parcel had to be rerouted and I would here further details. Is now Sunday (six days after expected delivery) and had no update. I emailed customer service on the Wednesday and got no response, awful treatment of their customers

I normally like the clothes at PrettyLittleThing, but I ordered things in late November and I still haven’t received them. They were due to arrive Dec 7, but still have not arrived. When I track my order, there is very little information, and what little there is is outdated.

used to love plt but i ordered clothes on the 28th of November which were due to arrive 2nd of December and still have not arrived. When i track my order it tells me it’s still due to arrive on 2/12/20 which was a week ago now...

Used to love PLT but the next day delivery has been a day late on the last few orders I’ve made, v annoying when I needed it for today and payed for premier delivery at the start of the year

Customer service is useless. I've been waiting for a refund for over a month and when contacting customer service I am simply told that it has been issued and I should check again. I think I know when I haven't received the money! Still waiting for my refund and met with a patronising and passive aggressive tone every time I message customer service when I have been very patient. Not worth the hassle for cheap, poor quality clothes - would be easier to just go to primark.

I ordered some pjs in a size 8, as they looked quite fitted and I wanted them a bit bigger ( I’m usually a size 6) and they have came and the band on the top is so tight, you would be lucky if it fit a child. Also the bottoms where very see through.

This is the worst website ever, the only good thing is their shipping. I ordered leggings and biker shorts, both were very see through and thing, cheap material. I ordered a small lighter blue sweatshirt, it came in a denim color and it looked so big on me, and it doesn’t say oversized in the description. Overall, don’t know how this place stays in business.

I ordered what I thought were baby blue sweatpants, as they looked that way in the photos. They arrived and they were navy blue. I even double checked to see if they sent me the wrong thing but no, they completely catfish with their photos. I will say that they are very cozy sweats and soft.

Ordered a dress in size uk12=eu40. When the dress arrived the lable sewn on the dress said uk8=eu36 but the tag said uk12. So ofcourse the dress didn't fit. Double checked my order, I indeed had ordered uk12. Returning seems complicated and I'm supposed to pay for the return because I live in EU. Should have read the rewies before ordering from them..
