“Booked it for my daughter's birthday..no interaction from the staff ordered 3 Carbonaras 2 arrived together with a lasagne the 3rd arrived 5 mins after the others with half the amount on the plate mainly just spaghetti my daughter's had hairs on top of hers...we wasn't asking if the food was ok if we needed anything else or needed an more drinks or anything said about my daughter's birthday...the place was very cold in atmosphere & cold in its self..the desserts we ordered they didn't have...then was slapped with a massive bill for not good food or service!! plus a service charge added to the bill also??? I would not recommend this place to anybody & I will certainly not returning again!!! Very poor & disappointing... what a happy birthday meal my daughter didn't have.”

“I wanted to share my recent experience from your restaurant which was unfortunately quite disappointing. My friends and I visited for a nice evening out, hopping to enjoy some good food and drinks. When we came in we were welcomed by one (polish lady I don't know her name) but she was very nice and smiling and gave us a table. Then we were greeted by a woman named Donita, who began by asking for our ID's to verify our ages(when we asked for Aperol). I am 33 years old and am presented my ID, but my friend who is also 33, didn't have hers with her. She showed Donita a picture of her passport on her phone, which clearly displayed her photo and age as proof. But Donita still refuse to serve her Aperol.. We all were taken aback by this situation and we left this please as we were simple looking forward to relaxed evening out. We are well -presented, responsible adults, and we felt uncomfortable and disappointed by the refusal to serve us, especially when we both provided acceptable proof of age. (For some reason that woman just didn't want to serve us) because she just could act different.. It never happened to us before. Because of this experience , I don't think We will be returning to your restaurant in the future. Sometimes just one person and on situation may change everything. It's frustrating when service staff like this Lady, make such interactions unpleasant, and is certainly discourages us from returning. I believe that a bit more understanding and flexibility could have turned the situation into a positive experience.”

“18/01/2024 myself and my husband went to dine at Prezzo for the first time - it most likely will be the last time too. We walked in and was greeted by a young lady who seemed to be uncomfortable with the colour of our skin quite frankly- she took our drinks order, I asked her if the drinks were two for 1 on the cocktails to which she confirmed that they were. Out comes just 1 cocktail which the second young lady brought out to us. Young lady no 2 was worse than lady no1. She came and gave the second cocktail and left. Then we met Anna, now she was a breath of fresh air! She honestly saved the evening! Her approach and enthusiasm to serve us and wishing us a lovely evening after taking us our mains order was the best part of the evening. While we ate we realised we were the only Indian couple there, and the 2 young lady's who didn't have their name tags on went around the whole room to ask if everything was okay with their meals but completely avoided our table. This is not a restaurant for coloured people that's for certain! To top it off, we were over charged for the cocktails. The food was decent and the decor ambience was lovely but we will never go to Prezzo again.”

“Why does prezzo not accept cash it’s ridiculous Cash is not outlawed so we will not be dining at prezzo again until cash is accepted. A shame as we used to dine out here monthly”

“Staff were friendly and helpful, food was exceptional, however at the end after we had paid our bill there was a 10% service charge that we were unaware of. However you can ask to take it off. Check the receipt before you pay!”

“This prezzo location is one of its best. Decor is very nice. The service can be a little slow sometimes. Food is always average or above average. They do take aways which is a bonus.”
