Delivery was good and arrived in a few days. However very disappointed in the products themselves. No good quality and don't actually work

No card - containing sender details and congratulations- sent with gift. Recipient had to ask on Facebook who had sent gift. Not impressed.

It's such a lovely concept for a gift, but I have been left disappointed that the sound wave is just the same throughout the whole picture. You'd think a little more effort would be put into which part of the song is going to be used to make the effect on the picture really stand out. Given this I don't think it's worth £30.

Only received part of an order. The order was placed in good time and was personalised for a special birthday and it did not arrive in time for the birthday.

Unfortunately when I opened the packaging the spine of the book was broken. I did email to see if there could be a resolution and received a message back that couldn't be read! A novel present, but not worth a broken present for what it cost!

The personalise glass looked cheap & nasty and was expensive for what was redeived. Looked very amateur, I would not recommend this product.

Although the book was great, it had the incorrect dob.i contacted prezzybox and they guaranteed to get a replacement book for the end of the following week as it was a christening gift.it didn't arrive. I contacted prezzybox again who said they'd email me back after speaking to the supplier. They didn't .shame as it's a good gift that we didn't get to give on that special day.

The gift was perfect and the inscription was also lovely however I paid extra for speedy delivery and frustratingly it arrived on the 12th not the expected 11th which was too late for an on-time birthday gift a bit disappointing.

Purchased engraved glass tankard. Engraving not like picture. Writing smaller and thinner than on photograph. Would not have bought it had I seen it in a shop. Will not use Prezzybox again.

I ordered a personalised cake stand for a friend's birthday on 31/12/16, got a confirmation email it will be delivered between 5th-9th Jan. 10th Jan came, no sign of email to say it has been dispatched and no sign of the gift. I emailed on the 9th Jan to ask what had happened to the order but got no response so I called up to find out what had happened on the 10th Jan -the lady said it was nothing to do with Prezzybox and that it was an outside supplier they were waiting for but she did say she would find out to chase it up and let me know via email. I did get an email saying it should arrive by no later than 13th Jan and it did arrive finally on that day. Very disappointed as I could not give my friend the present on her birthday. If Prezzybox knows it will take 2 weeks then it would be better to be honest and say it will take this long. Having paid for a delivery service of almost £4 I feel extremely disappointed that it did not arrive on the estimated delivery dates and to be honest would like to get some sort of compensation. I shall not be ordering from this company again

Customer service is to be desired. Politely asked for a refund for two products which turned up smashed. Sent pictures of both - only refunded one. I replied to the RUDE email, attaching the photos once more but 3 days later still no reply. Well done to your team, I probably wont use this site again.

Delivery did not arrive as stated and when checked with Royal Mail they had not got it either. Email sent requesting a full refund and have to date still not heard anything. I am really disappointed

The sash had an oil type stain on it and the edges were very poor finish.

One of my items was out of stock but this was not shown when ordering and was only picked up when the order was due to be dispatched and I was sent an email. As a consequence it was too late to order another item in time for Christmas and I was one present short. I have not yet recieved the missing item.

Was sent a email to say would be delivered between 2nd and 4th Jan rang up on 5th no delivery then told it had been dispatched on 5th it's now 7th and still no delivery this was for a anniversary on 3rd not happy keep calling company no reply shocking service !!!

Both incorrect and faulty items received. Slow comms - only responding after I tweeted about my experience. Still awaiting refund for faulty item. Not impressed at all
