“One of the gifts I bought was great value, the other (Peanuts from Hell) I thought was somewhat over priced. However, great fun gifts and very fast delivery. Will definitely shop here again.”

“Was generally happy with my order. The Dog IQ book is a great stocking filler and the Pet Snack Launcher is going to be very convenient for family members who have trouble bending down for our smaller dogs on walks. Unfortunately, the Chocolate bombs ordered for making hot chocolate arrived with one broken, probably at the fault of the delivery driver after the order had gone through Prezzybox. Kindly the team offered to replace or refund to suit my needs very quickly and I went on to buy from then again :)”

“The order process is easy and once placed, I waited for my items to arrive. The order came on time and were packaged up well in a branded box and bubblewrap. Unfortunately, the packaging inside didn't stop one of the items (hot chocolate bombs) from being damaged so it may be they were damaged before they were sent out or in the packing process. Apart from the damage (I'm going to melt the chocolate bombs anyway when I drink them so I';m not overly worried) and the amount of plastic used inside the box, I am impressed with the fast service. Overall, I would rate Prezzybox 4 out of 5 and would request that they use less plastic in their packaging or find an alternative.”
