I ordered a photo album for my husbands 40th birthday it. It's me £60 and there was 4 blank pages in the centre of the album

I ordered this gift for a 60th birthday present for my sister. I rang and spoke with someone asking the certificate would be dated 30 November 2016 for this very reason however today I find out it was issued dated the 25Th November 2016. Very disappointing. Such a shame because it did arrive her on her birthday which would of been perfect if only they hadn't messed up the date :(

Hi Marion, Thank you for your feedback. The company which personalises the certificates is not ourselves, unfortunately. Please contact the company whom you sent the completed personalisations to and they should be able to issue a replacement for you directly. Hope this helps,

Postage was supposed to be 2/3 days I did not receive my package for over a week. When I did receive it the box was pretty battered. Also the tracking of my order kept saying conflicting accounts of where my item was. Very poor

My order was delivered in an awful condition. I don't know the method of delivery, whether it was through Royal Mail or a specific. The order was left on the doorstep, which resulted in the pages being soaking wet and difficult to separate. Needless to say, this is the first time I used Prezzybox.com and the last! Sara Rees

I ordered three items for secret Santa gifts, the packaging was so poor one of the items was badly damaged. I am still waiting for the replacement even though I sent the damaged item back immediately. Very disappointing as I was trying to be organised and this is just a nuisance.o

My order had to be resent because there was an issue with the courier and then when I received it half of the order was incorrect I now I have to return the package and begin the process all over again. Very disappointed.

Both items were knocked about. The packaging for one item was broken and cracked and the pineapple tea lights were battered and bits had broken off. Delivery time was good

Initially I was delighted with the lovely book I received,which was for my little grandaughter for Christmas. However on a close look I noticed a mis-spelling. I contacted your customer services, who pursued my Enquiry. The young lady got back to me, pointing out that the mistake was mine. I recognise that I should have noticed this myself at the checking stage, but unfortunately I didn't. My mistake was that I typed, "with live" instead of "with love". I am disappointed that there is not a quality assurance stage in your process which could have picked up such an obvious mistake ????

The online illustration and price of the book (Haynes Allotment Manual) indicated that it was the hardback version of the book that I was ordering - although there was no text to confirm this. The book that was delivered was the paperback version, so I was extremely disappointed. If I had wanted the paperback version I could have bought it elsewhere for six pounds less. Unfortunately, as the book was to be a gift, I did not have time to go through the process of returning and reordering. Therefore, this first purchase remains a disappointment.

The 'box' was made out of several and with the amount of tape holding it together, I almost wrenched the glass bottle out of it - which, considering it is a bath lotion, would be rather messy on our carpets!

We ordered a copy of the Times from 1976 as a Ruby Wedding present. Only after the order had been accepted and paid for were we informed that Saturday issues of this paper were not available. I would suggest that mention should be made of this on the website to save wasting the customer's time and yours.

Paid extra for next day delivery as it was for a birthday and never came next day to say how much next day delivery is and not turned up was annoying.

I ordered a personalised glass for my sister's 18th birthday. And instead of receiving the correct one, she received someone else's stag-do glass. I had the parcel sent straight to her from prezzybox rather than via me - and so I didn't check it beforehand. She then opened her present to find it wasn't actually hers!! I have never had any issues with prezzybox in the past, but I am quite disappointed this time unfortunately
