both the items I order appear to be of poor quality. the choice on the site has a wide range although did not find what I was originally looking for

I ordered my present for a birthday on Friday, I was told estimated delivery would be between 13-15th I still haven’t got a dispatched email so I don’t see how it’s getting here by tomorrow. And tomorrow is the birthday. Not completely satisfied

I found the ordering page unclear about adding a message on the gift as when I checked later it is under the button to continue or next page button I therefore went through the order thinking it would come up at some stage After the order was completed I sent a message to the company to add a message afterwards but didn’t receive any reply at all

Not the best! Ordered personalised socks that were dispatched Monday and were due to be delivered between Wednesday and Thursday but still haven’t arrived and it’s now Saturday evening with no email informing me of late delivery. Not happy as this was a gift and now not be received on time.

I wrote an email a couple of days ago in response to my parcel being delivered, I am waiting on a response as the contents of the parcel were incorrect and was not the same as I ordered. Hope to hear back as soon as possible.

One side of the lining in the presentation box was very badly put in showing white glue marks. Had to try and rearrange.

My message was not included so I was not very happy with the service. Also it was difficult to find the recipients address and so had to ring the company. I am reluctant to use this company again A Hassan DBE

I have made an order on Tuesday 26th of Feb. order number is 103036570 of two items; vibrating massager and Personalised Chocolate Chip Cookie. The first item delivery was expected to be between Wednesday 27 February to Thursday 28 February and I have only heard back that the item has been dispatched but never delivered yet and the second one estimated is Thursday 28 February to Monday 4 March and I have not heard anything about it yet at all. I am disappointed as I was supposed to surprise my boyfriend who haven't received anything yet. The address to be delievered to is Flat 6, Arlington House, 1,Park Lodge Avenue West Drayton Greater London GB UB7 9FD under the name of Ahmad Al-Zoubi .

Not a great service unfortunately. I paid a premium price for same day delivery and my present was delivered late! I’m still waiting for a refund. Not happy.

The hearts on the mug have started to come off. A tad disappointing as it was a gift from my daughter and I've deliberately hand-washed it and avoided the dishwasher. Bit sad really.

The product was ok but I paid a premium to have it delivered the next day but it didn't arrive until 4 days later after my granddaughters christening.

emailed after ordering to get express delivery in time for Valentines day. was told via email no problem - however this was not the case and goods did not arrive in time.

The main complaint was that you charged for next day delivery which was the saturday and you did not deliver it until the tuesday if we had of known that we would of cancelled the order.

Hi Ray Thanks so much for leaving us a review, we see that you placed your order on the 15th late Friday evening, the delivery method that you chose only applies to working days, this meant that your order was dispatched on the Monday and rightfully delivered on the Tuesday. We are sorry your order didn't come as expected, but even if the Saturday delivery was chosen it states that order needed to be placed before 3:30pm on a Friday. Whilst Customer Service was good once accessed, it needed to be. There were problems with a character count on the personalisation of an item on Prezzybox's website, which was making it impossible to fill a second field and place the item in the basket. I Made an enquiry via email and received a reply in somewhere around 2 days I think it was, and whilst Prezzy Box's representative was brilliantly helpful and absolutely charming, a lot of time had already been wasted trying to get the personalisation to work on the website. I had eventually found a way of making it work by entering TOO MANY characters (being keen to get the order placed soonest so as not to miss delivery on a significant birthday) ........ Prezzy Box's representative very generously volunteered to contact the supplier and make sure delivery speed was upgraded and that all had gone through ok. (much appreciated, thank you Prezzy Box) ...... and I had ordered one of the item for myself so that I could know what had been sent as a gift. It arrived the very next morning, beautifully packaged ... and printed .... But .... sadly was a very heavy mug and not of particularly elegant proportions ..... and NOT the bone china I had hoped for (for the price)..... the other items I had ordered were also disappointingly low in quality and two items SO poor that they are of no use whatsoever and will have to be returned. My overall impression, sadly, is of poor quality .... which does not incline me to return ... and I canNOT in all honesty make a recommendation :'(

I never actually received the item I ordered as it never reached DPD for delivery. I am still waiting on a refund, but I will say the customer service rep I spoke to was very apologetic.

Delivery was expected from Friday 15th February. To date not had any email or tracking that my order has been dispatched so have no idea when I will receive it
