Bought a tour for Chilford Hall vineyard including lunch for a birthday present next week but to say the least disappointed to discover the tours had already finished for the season and next ones will be Easter 2022! Worse, Chilford had told you the tours had ended for the season so why are you still selling them??

I ordered my item 8 days’ before my daughter in law’s birthday, the birthday has come and gone and I still haven’t received any notification of despatch of delivery. Not impressed, please factor this delay into your order.

Terrible. I ordered birthday gifts which we due for delivery on Tuesday 17th, today (Thursday 19th) the estimated delivery date has shifted to the 25th, 5 days after the birthday the gifts are for. Shocking customer service. Won’t be using prezzybox again; I feel conned.

This was a birthday present and I paid extra for next day delivery so that it would arrive on the day. It didn’t. Very disappointing

I ordered a personalised pizza, total cost £20. It arrived a day later than expected, but better late than never! However, for the second time of ordering this item - no personalised message enclosed! I can hardly believe this has happened yet again - infuriating! I attempted to contact your help line without success!.... I certainly won’t be ordering a third time and since it is not a ‘personalised’ pizza, l believe a partial refund is in order!

The concept is brilliant and the chocolates appear to be ok. However the covering sleeve with the personalisation on looks a bit battered. Had it been in pristine condition I would be extremely satisfied and given five stars, so a bit expensive really for something that looks like it’s been used many times. The personalisation is, after all, the main part of the gift.

Service was very good but the item I received, part of an order, was disappointing. The smash bottle is much smaller than shown, will be very little honeycomb inside!

This was the second time I've ordered through Prezzy box and the second time there was the same administrative mix up with my billing address. Luckily that didn't cause a problem. The pizza box I ordered for my god children for their birthday... There was no option to add a message so they would know who it was from!! A bit ridiculous to me!
