The design was absolutely amazing but the the mug it self was small and not worth it

The bracelet came very quick which was brilliant but I was very disappointed with the quality. The fastener was so thin I'm sure it will snap after one wear and not very secure either. The sizing was not very clear I wanted to see measurements but could not find. I think for £20 it was very poor quality.

Wrong item delivered. Replaced by identical wrong item ! Now have two items that are not as ordered.

When I ordered the gift, because I used PayPal it did not allow me to put the delivery address I needed it to go to. I contacted you immediately to change the address as but was told it was too late and couldn’t be done. So I now have to pay extra postage to get it there and the gift is late.

I placed an order requesting express service. It took a few days for Prezzybox to contact me to say it did not provide the express service to the address I wanted the delivery to go to. Having then agreed to the normal delivery service, the package only arrived this week (unfortunately over 10 days after the birthday it was meant for and with the recipient away, so I am now trying to organise alternative delivery arrangements). No idea yet about the quality of the items ordered as no-one has seen them!! Very disappointing. Will not use again.

My personalised book order arrived but sadly there was a spelling mistake. However they were very quick to respond and am awaiting a replacement. Hopefully it will be ok

Ordered something as a birthday present, was given an estimated delivery date. Just to confirm it would arrive in time I rang and was told it had definitely been dispatched and was coming by express delivery so would be with me the next day, nothing arrived in time for the birthday and then the following day I received an email saying it had been depatched at 17.05 and would be with me shortly, I’m still waiting!!!

Delivery didn't get there on time all though I paid extra for it to arrive early !! In fact it was two days late and the car which should of been there on the Monday didn't turn up for over a week ! The present it's self was ok just a shame it was 2 days late for a 6 years birthday.

A different website let me down last minute so I paid for express delivery on a Thursday evening from prezzybox to try and get a present for mothers day on Sunday. and while my order was processed very quickly (sent approx. 9am). It was not delivered on the Saturday as was planned. This meant that it wasn't delivered on Sunday either (Mother's day). I sent a mail regarding this matter, hoping for a refund but nobody responded to my mail. I wouldnt use or recommend prezzybox unless the matter was resolved.

I was very pleased with the gifts available however my gift was obv for mother’s day Sunday I thought it may me late as I ordered on the Thursday but it’s now Friday the following week and I’m still waiting on what was supposed to be a 2-3 day delivery. Not best pleased

I was happy with the product but thought it advertised a bottle of wine with the glass and was also getting concerned with the delivery time but it came the evening before Sunday for my partners birthday. Bit of a shame as there a quite a lot of items in could have also ordered for family etc in the future

the first item arrived quickly, second item after mothers day and the item was not 100% as the front was coming unstuck and over priced off a small plastic tupaware.

I ordered a Mothers day gift with an instant e-voucher on the 7th March (Wednesday) and despite chasing I did not get it until I called on the Monday (12) which was after the event. This was meant to be printed and put into a card for Mother's day - as it was advertised as an instant e-voucher, I was not expecting this

Item was advertised as a Mothers Day gift and expected delivery before ordering was the Sat before (10th). Once I placed the order; confirmation was for the Monday after (12th), which although not ideal was acceptable. However, the item was only delivered yesterday Wednesday (14th), which was 3 days late. Therefore, including delivery charges, it made it a more expensive gift as I had to organise another gift last minute! Not a happy customer as do not understand why expected delivery was not honoured, especially as there was no additional time inbetween placing the order and the confirmation!!

Delivery updates were poor. Too general. No notification of delivery. Said I could track my order but had no other information than it had been dispatched.

Didn’t receive email notification of dispatch as stated in order-confirmation email. Bought a personalised Malteser tree which was messy (the tree and the personalisation on the glass which was smudged) and did not taste nice, so not a great gift for my mother on Mother’s Day. Might use Prezzybox in future but not for anything edible or personalised as too much of a risk, can’t be trusted.
