I ordered on 5/12/17 said would arrive between 7/12/17-11/12/17 and it is now the 14th and still not arrived said it was shipped on 7/12/17 I have had no communication so now I am worried where it is.

Not very impressed with the delivery time, as the delivery time that is quoted is incorrect, you should try to use a better more efficient courier to deliver the items especially around the Christmas period especially as you pay for delivery as well

Ordered two items for my son's christmas present to have been delivered since laast week. No delivery and no communication regarding the delay until i called this morning and spoke to one of your best frontline personel who was very professional on the matter. She informed me of the inavailaibility of one of my items which may have caused the 'delay', yet not even the availaible one was delivered .|And to this moment, am yet to know when the deliverable one can be delivered. A first timer on your site. Wish i had had an acceptable expeience with you as i've got two kids and young kids .

My item was due for delivery monday 11th. This was for a secret santa on fri 15th and still havent received it (thurs 14th) No way of tracking it either so i dont have a positive comment at the moment as this is going to cost me to find a replacement gift. Ordering was easy but delivery let you fown sorry!

I bought this for my grandson as a christmas pressie, tried it with the batteries and found it not very powerfull at all so it will just be a novelty to put in has bedroom.very disappointed.

I ordered a parcel on the 4/12/17. It said it was shipped on the 6/12/17. It is now the 12/12/17 and it still hasn't arrived. I have contacted customer service who said it was an untracked Royal Mail Parcel and to wait until Wednesday

Arrived four days after present was due so was not able to use gift for purpose. On querying received generic reply first time instead of reply. Will be returning gift. Disappointed as have used prezzybox before and had a good experience.
