Delivery was great, came in 3 days but the print on my order could of been a little bit better.

You shouldn't advertise as a present/ gifting service and then deliver items ordered by customers separately to the recipient! It was meant to be a present for a special someone and they received each of the 3 things on a different day. Pathetic.

Took payment immediately, didn’t get any kind of dispatch notification other than an estimate that was a week after my order, really disappointed specially as it was for Valentine’s Day I expected a little better service, still no item the day before and going to have to buy something else now, won’t be using again

I would have given "Very Good" but for a mix up with the confirmation. I required the perfume for Valentine's day so when online I saw the delivery would Wednesday 13th Feb I placed the order. When the conformation came through the delivery stated Wednesday 13th Feb - Friday 15th Feb so it would be too late on the 15th. I sent two emails stating I was prepared to pay extra for a delivery on the 13th but received no reply. I then ordered from another company....I received that order on the 12th and today 13th the Prezzybox order has arrived and therefore I had no need to place the second order. I will not return the order as I'm sure my wife will get to use it in the future, but I'm not sure I would trust Prezzybox with an urgent order.

personalisation is slanted. it isn't straight/level. I couldn't gift it as its very noticeable. I can't believe it passed quality checks. waste of money

Will wait and see when my order arrives. Was told when I ordered it on Feb 6th that it would be here on Feb 12th. Then was told on the 11th it was put back to the 14th. 🤔

The idea of a present is amazing, however, both me and my friend bought one each as a Valentine’s Day gifts for our boyfriends..... we were surprised to find out that BOTH boxes contained the SAME star. Unacceptable.

im afraid you are only as good as your carrier . your carrier (yodel) enabled me to track my parcel very well so i was able to see i was no 23 of 85 parcels to be dropped on wednesday .great my mothers 80th was thursday .unfortunately it reached 20 and stopped and at the end of the day found out they didnt like the address .next day no tracking no contact .so i contacted them via erin at webchat told her my ADDRESS ,name and parcel number .she then asked me for my address ??? oh deer .then at the end of the day fair play someone rang me friday afternoon .gave the details again anexplained i had gave the details to erin the day before ? she said that was liverpool and she was atherstone and they dont always email .so that was pointless but she would put it on the van saturday .no good wouldnt be in and had missed the event by 2 days now so maybe it will turn up monday ?

Disappointed. I ordered the item for a birthday present but it didn’t arrive in the time stated. When it did eventually arrive I was quite disappointed at the quality of the product. I would have expected better for a notebook priced at over £20 (including shipping). Am still waiting for a reply to my query which was sent when delivery was so late. Would probably not use the company again. Sorry.

I informed you I had made a mistake with the postcode & you sent me an email that you would let me know if it could be changed. I haven’t received another email & the puzzle was delivered today, so it probably wasn’t changed.

The product was disappointing to be honest, the 'ez fort' was a lot smaller than anticipated and not much for the cost. The service from prezzybox was good though and delivered and packed as expected

Ordered well in advance so the gift could be delivered on valentines day, it arrived on the 4th Feb so totally ruined the surprise!

Emailed you requesting a particular delivery date. Reply was that someone would get back to me - no one did. And present not delivered on day I requested. Sure the present is good but not so impressed with Customer Service.

It is a very nice box but it arrived in a way I would feel embarrassed to give it out as a gift due to scratches on the lid of the box

wasnt very happy. For the price both items were very small especially the chocolates. Its not worth the money.
