The item shown in the picture was blue so bought this for my son . It came and it was pink obv he wasn’t happy but he used it once and it ripped so not much use all round .

I bought this little remote car, put new bateries, charged the car itself for few minutes just to find out that it works well for 1-2 min.and then keeps stopping...Pretty disapointed...

Hi, This is to show how dissatisfied I'm with your website and customer services. I have paid for 3-personalised iteams to be delivered in UK as a surprise gift. They came to me that they cannot deliver due to incomplete address. However, I have provided mobile# of my friend who should receive the gift, and I cant call my friend to ask for exact address as I will ruin the whole idea of the gift. I have paid full amount and I keep getting responses that we cannot help you due to delivery personnel limited time to call customers and ask for an address which is a ridiculous excuse to be honest. I would expect - and still - a resolution for my case and to show better customer service by just making a call and asking for the exact address. My email is "ammarfay@hotmail.com" and my mobile# is 00971526408841 I'm not living in UK and not much aware of areas and postcodes as well that's why I provided my friend's number to make it easier to deliver. Hi Ammar, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, but as we have explained, we cannot ship an order which is missing the first line of the address. Return was expensive and awkward to do- I had to ring up the company to generate a returns form.

Very disappointed that despite submitting my order on Sunday, the item wasn't dispatched until Wednesday, which you only find out after you've placed the order. It arrived on the day that I needed it (Saturday 19 January) as it was a birthday gift, despite me placing the order in sufficient time (a week in advance).

Hi Danielle, Thanks for your feedback! We show all estimated arrival dates in the checkout and again on our confirmation emails which are sent straight after purchase. The item you've ordered is personalised within 2-3 working days and comes from an external partner. Only chose the socks based on the picture which shows them as lavender/pale purple which is my partners favourite colour. Only to find the ones that had arrived were white.

According to the website the item I ordered was due for delivery by 24/12/18, I called on 28/12 as it still hadn't arrived. Was fobbed off & told that someone would call me back on 02/01/19 & delivery would be refunded. No phone call received but did get an auto email saying my item had been dispatched. 1 week later still no item or any sign of refund. Sent prezzybox a tweet complaining, staff got back to me quickly advising they'd get the order processed again that day for delivery ASAP, process refund again & gave me voucher for £5 off my next order. Refund arrived a few days later & item 1 week later.

Item purchased was for a birthday present, very disappointed when received due to the condition of the box, item was well packaged but the box was in a poor condition before being put in the packaging. Offered a code for £5 off future purchase by the retailer when informed.

It was the first time I ordered from Prezzy and I must say that I am quite disappointed. I have ordered multiple items and when asked to select a delivery method, I gladly paid for a next-day-delivery. Apparently it was not mentioned anywhere during the process that the specified day(s) are not available for delivery, so that I could select another option. Instead, it said yes, next-day-delivery accepted, please proceed...so I did. And imagine my surprise when I received an email, saying that actually the money I paid for delivery were not only wasted because there is no delivery available over the next few days, but also that I paid for delivery, but it only applies to the first of the items in the basket... Bottom line, I received the first item 4 days later, and the rest 6 days after ordering. Shame. The whole process of ordering is so misguiding. For the record, there was nothing wrong with the order when it finally arrived. That is the only good thing I have to say.

Got an email to say the one item I had ordered was out of stock, but I was expecting the delivery very soon after and didn’t have time to re-order from elsewhere before Christmas. Good that they told me, and gave me a refund but still a bit annoying.
