I ordered a water bottle to be a leaving gift in plenty of time to be emailed that this wouldn’t not be dispatched or delivered for weeks!

I ordered a giant cookie for my granddaughter for her birthday. When it arrived , it was all broken. After paying £12:99 plus postage for it , I was very disappointed . It also arrived a day late. Informed prezzy box , still awaiting a reply. At this moment in time would not use this site again

No complaints about the goods or delivery service however I was disgusted at the amount of packaging. An enormous box - far bigger than necessary, the excess space packed with a load of non recyclable plastic packaging. Unecessary - there was nothing breakable in the package, just 3 scarves.

I purchased an e-voucher which did not arrive and for which I had to make several phone calls to the company. I appreciate that there were technical problems but informing the customer would have been good practice. Finally when the evoucher did arrive, the option to book for a weekend was given and booked and then I received an email from the company to say that the voucher was only for week days. Clearer indication of this would have been appreciated. I ended up having to pay an extra £25 for the experience. This is an important present for a young man who really deserves the best experience I can get for him. I hope it goes to plan on the day

Item never arrived. Customer service was very good, money refunded promptly but have preferred pressy had better delivered on the birthday

Paid for Saturday delivery for niece birthday present TIL d would arrive before 11am and didn’t get there until Sunday 3pm

Before I ordered the item it gave me an estimated delivery of 2nd to 5th July. When I ordered it changed to 5th to 12th July which was past the date I required it for. It has not yet arrived. I also paid postage even though i could have ordered one without!

Thank you for your feedback regarding your delivery. We are sorry to hear that you have been disappointed with your delivery time. We do not give delivery dates at the point of purchase. This particular item has an estimated dispatch date of 3-5 working days. Once an item is dispatched it may then take a few more days for this to be delivered. Personalised items usually take a little longer to be dispatched because they have to be produced but we do dispatch everything as quickly is possible for each item. We hope this helps explain the delivery and production time but if you have any questions then please contact us and we will be able to help.

Ordered a present for a birthday and the website had next day delivery or Sunday delivery. As it was Saturday I clicked the Sunday option. My Husbands birthday came and went and no present. Recieved 3 days later after emailing. The website needs to be more clearer regarding deliveries. However I was very pleased with the engraved glass

Very poor delivery service. I paid a 24h delivery and I had to contact the company 3 times to get it re-arranged, no alternative offered and end up with a poor quality product

Would have given more stars but I ordered an E-voucher and it still hasn’t come through after 2 weeks of ordering, wouldn’t like to have had plans to use it sooner because it’s still not received.

My package arrived completely crushed. The box was unbelievably damaged! Just aswell i was not giving the gift over the way it arrived. God help anyone who orders something fragile!!

Took too long to deliver - I paid for delivery but it wasn’t trackable so I had no idea when it would come, given an estimated 3 days delivery & it was actually delivered 3 days after my estimate had expired - poor !
