I ordered on 15th December for guaranteed delivery by Christmas (only had to be ordered by 21st December for this), and the presents didn't turn up until 28th December! When they did finally arrive, the condition of the book I ordered was abysmal, with sticky residue over most of it and imprints in the back where someone had clearly used it to write on. The only saving grace is that your customer services team were fantastic. They were extremely apologetic, and offered to return the items and resend new ones off directly to the actual recipients of the presents (rather than myself) free of charge and on next day delivery. They have dragged this review from a 1 star to a 2. Despite this, I won't be shopping again.

This novelty stocking filler was a waste of time as it didn't arrive in time to go in a stocking. The continued delay in delivery was very stressful.

This appeared to be the perfect Christmas tree present for my cat crazy granddaughter, but since, despite many promises from Prezzybox, it didn't arrive in time for her to receive it for Christmas, all it brought was disappointment.

By the time the shipment finally arrived, the quality of the contents was irrelevant, as despite my best efforts, it arrived too late to send to my family in America, as intended. This was after repeated promises, spanning weeks, that the package was in its way. If it was out of stock, I should have been told and I could have gone out and bought something else to send to America for Christmas.

The item itself was OK but delivery was such a nightmare, it completely overshadowed any satisfaction or otherwise with the product. I was repeatedly assured that the shipment was on its way and I phoned every day when it didn't arrive. I was given a different reason for the delay every time with an assurance that the shipment was on its way. It would have been better if I'd been told it wasn't coming and then I could have gone out and bought replacements.

I did not get what I ordered, I ordered 3 lots of little chocolates which cost me £20, yet i got 1 of some cardboard cut out thing that says £4.99 on it... please advise?

I paid extra for Saturday delivery, moreso to ensure it arrived as quickly as possible than that specific day. This was displayed as a UK wide option, however I received a voicemail stating it was not an option for Northern Ireland (considered part of the UK) but they could still send it, only without guarantee of the Saturday delivery, which I accepted. However, I then received an email informing me that the item I had assumed had already been posted by that point, was no longer in stock (despite being in stock when I ordered it) & I could cancel the by now already late Christmas gift, or wait for it to be in stock again, with no time scale given. I was understanding about my order not reaching her by the Saturday, however I still expected it to be sent, arriving a couple of days later and I was accepting of that. My friend was already expecting the gift, as I had to inform her just so she knew I hadn't forgotten about her, so it was too late to cancel. I was informed it has finally been dispatched. Overall I am disappointed, if a delivery option does not included Northern Ireland, then it should be clearly stated, NI is part of the UK, as it stands I paid extra for a quicker delivery when standard delivery would have been sufficient as she now won't receive the gift until after the New Year, almost two weeks after my initial order.

I am sorry to say I was very disappointed in the gift which I bought from yourselves before Christmas. Firstly it took a week to arrive and secondly, when it arrived it was much smaller than I had expected! Then I found it being sold in WHSmiths for only £6.99 (with the option of buying a second book for just £1!!!!). As you can image I felt like I had been ripped with paying £3.99 in postage which when I only live locally in Tamworth and I could've just saved money in buying it from the shops and much quicker too!

Paid for next day delivery for a Christmas present and it did not arrive the next day , arrived five days later. Totally unsatisfactory, not good customer service at all .

Ordered a gift for Christmas, and splurge for Next-Day shipping. There was no disclaimer, no warning that delivery could be delayed. and lo and behold, my next-day delivery turned into a 5-days delivery. If I had enough warning, I would have been able to manage expectations and told the receiver they'll be getting their present after Christmas. But nope, that didn't happen, and we were all disappointed. And it being the holidays, of course there was no one at Prezzy to answer my mail. I'm not so much mad that it was late; but more so that I was promised a next-day delivery and that didn't happen. In the future, please put up a disclaimer saying it's not guaranteed. Or remove next-day delivery option when it gets near the holidays. I will have to reconsider ordering things from you again in the future.

Still haven’t received this gift yet. Delivery estimate was to be delivered by the 27/12/2017. Now on the 30/12/2017 and no delivery as of yet
