The prices are misleading. They do not alert the customer to the fact that VAT will be added to the basic price and to the delivery charge. What can appear to be a bargain to start with, can turn out to be expensive.

Fast service . However, the price of the personalised socks was high at around £19.95 and the P&P for a flimsy plastic packet at nearly £4 was extortionate. Finally, as the name of the supplying company was emblazoned on the package, my wife realised immediately what the Christmas present was.

Not good customer service: I placed an order then realised I forgot an item which would put me over the value for free delivery. So I went on the chat to an advisor just within 5mins of placing my order and she confirmed that she had cancelled my order for me. I then ordered all my items got my free delivery and was happy. Then a few days later I got an email saying my order had been shipped but it was my original order number that was quoted so I called customer services and explained what happened, I also advised that to correct their mistake all they had to do was send the 1 extra item I had missed off my original order and it would be sorted, she confirmed that she would get it all fixed for me and not to worry. A few days later I received another delivery - yes the whole of my second order and when I checked my paypal both orders were showing as due for payment. I had to call customer services again (the number is not free) this time I was told they would cancel the payment for my first delivery to which I was astonished was not done already then she emailed me a free returns label to fix to the box then told me to drop the box at a post office - not impressed with all the extra work I had to do because of their incompetence and they did not even offer any compensation. Won’t be buying through them again too much hassle!!

I have not recieves the item. I had a ticket through my door from hermes to say they had left it by the plant. I work alday and live on a main busy road.

Only received Item that came direct from supplier, not received the 2 other items I ordered, can't understand why as address is a furniture store open 9-8 every day but when I track my order Hermes say they couldn't find it or I was not in, really disappointed spoke to customer service which said I should of got yesterday still no delivery 😒

Delivery took longer than expected (arrived on the day it was needed for) but then the product had a faulty zip so it needed replacing. I probably won’t use them again.

Hello, I was disappointed that on the back of the packaging was a sticker saying 'socks' . These were a surprise Xmas present but not now.

Ordered a Haynes manual as a Secret Santa present. Was really disappointed by the scratches that were all over the front cover, especially as this was a present. Can’t fault the delivery though, only took a couple of days to come.

Ordered on 16th November 2018 with 2 to 5 days delivery for a birthday on 25th. Still not delivered and no advice of what is happening. Disappointing information.

My glass bauble came on time and wasn't damaged at all but the name on the bauble was creased and hasn't been put on properly. I have tried to email you about this and had no response. So I am not happy with my purchase.

Prezzybox did well. The item, a hat with led lights was poor. Hat quality itself is good but the lights are only slightly better than using a candle.

I ordered the personalised Christmas face wrapping paper - which cost £17.99 plus £3.99 delivery - so rather a lot of money for just a few metres of paper - and the quality of the paper is really poor. For that price I would have expected the paper to be “shiny” but it was just dull plain paper - very disappointing.

The fact that I was asked to write a review BEFORE I received the item I purchased was enough to give a poor review. I suggest you enquire about a customer's satisfaction AFTER they receive your product.
