I haven't received my items by the date expected and I haven't had a response to my query about the error in the tracking so I don't know if they are going to arrive in time for my wedding, in 2days time! Right now I'm not rating this experience very high at all!

I ordered two items, one came within the specified delivery time. I think they forgot to send the other as it was only dispatched after I made contact with them. It didn't arrive until two days after the last day of the delivery time frame which meant I didn't have it in time for the special occasion I ordered it for.

Ordered 8 items however only 6 came with 2 being dispatched but not reaching.

My personalised message was not on stated lines as expected. Instead the message looked awful ???? I don't understand why they don't send proofs? I wouldn't use again

I wasn't very impressed with my prezzybox purchase as the delivery of the product took almost a week. The delivery was not performed under the delivery estimated dates.

I ordered a foot massager and it don't work, I have little problems with my feet and it was ment to help but it don't work

Ordered a personalised book as a present. Ordered on 5th October, still not received. You state 3-5 days but give a date almost 2 weeks later. Dispatch Method 3-5 Days (estimated arrival:12/10 - 17/10) Not acceptable if I am going on a 3-5 day timescale, I have now had to purchase an alternative gift instead.

Our dispatch times shown on our website indicates how long that particular item takes in production before dispatch from our external suppliers and does not include how long the item takes for delivery. I was told my cake stand would arrive between the 5th and 8th October, I still haven't received it. On the plus side ordering the item was easy to do.

Ordered a gift from the Christmas Stocking Fillers section for a Christmas present. When item turned up it had a best before date of 08/12/16 which is 3 weeks before Christmas and so no good. I called to return it to be told I could not as its a food item. Feel I was miss sold this item as surely things advertised under Christmas section should last until at least the 25th December?! I posted picture on the Twitter site to highlight the error and was messaged with an email address to contact to sort refund (Sharon.hall@prezzybox.com), but after a week I've had no response. Shame really as I found the site user friendly and delivery time was great, but after this I wont be using or recommending you again.

When vase came it would have been nice to have offer of paying say £3.00 for a gift box to place vase in Then I would have given 4 stars

The box was badly damaged on receipt - luckily the goods were not fragile or they wouldn't have survived.

It said my product had been delivered to the wrong depot and that they were sending out another one. This meant I missed giving the present to my friend on her birthday because of the delay.

The personalised mug was for an adult but the size of the said was more for a child. Together with the postage I felt this item was well overpriced. Not good value for the money.
