Delivery arrived on time and intact. but on opening the delivery box the items inside were all dinted and obviously were like this when sent to me. Emailed to complain as these were obviously a gift and had no response. not impressed

I ordered two personalised gifts which still have not arrived. They had given a five-day 'window' as a dispatch date. I did email for confirmation as it was going to be too late for the birthdays that the gifts were intended for. I haven't heard anymore from the company and still have not received the gifts but the money has definitely been taken out of my account. Feel concerned, especially as one email from the company came across very rude. The gifts are two personalised glasses which are lovely, however, the suggested colour choice options were not available when I went to buy them.

It was beauitful but a few days after wearing it (not when in bath or shower) the chain has lost it colour!

The box i wanted to give my friend on her 50th birthday was crushed snd tatty looked used also didn't realise the inflatable man was so small not a clear discription at all. Proberly wont use again

When the box arrived it was all squashed and creased, not acceptable when presenting to a friend as a condolence gift.

Although the item was delivered on time I was upset to see that the first line of the address hadn’t been changed like Prezzybox had confirmed. So I had to chase the post room in order to get the item in time for my friends birthday. I’d rather have been told the first line couldn’t have been changed than lied to.

Ordered a product from prezziebox, chocolate tree. Ordered last Thursday arrived today a week later with no email confirmation or communication a very poor service Will not use this company again

I received my item today after it had been squashed through the letterbox by royal mail! It was smaller than it looked in the picture online and was supposed to have a personalised hanging heart in the middle of a white wicker heart. In the picture it was attached by a Hessian piece of string. Mine came with an awful red and white gingham ribbon that I have to use to tie it myself. Would definitely think twice about ordering from here again. Very overpriced.

Perfectly happy with easy to order site and quick delivery with notification along the way re dispatch etc but the item is very cheap looking. It's a flicker candle which looks like it's come from a pound shop with a sticker on it which says the verse I asked for . It's a part gift as a keepsake for my son's wedding but I am very disappointed with the cheap look of it . I would not recommend this product.

Although my chocolate toppers arrived when expected, they were broken and had slid around in the box before I opened the parcel. The item seems way too delicate to buy online.

Ordered a personalized lighter for it to arrive with two different personalized descriptions on it mine and someone else's. Phoned and complained and that a new one would be sent back out but heard nothing as time is running out as it is a gift
