“Could have used regular hair conditioner and gotten the same results.”

Hi Debra, I sincerely apologize you are unsatisfied. The pH in dog conditioner and human conditioner is actually not the same. Dogs require we use conditioner that is formulated for their pH!

“LOVE LOVE LOVE this product ! Took it to my groomer when I dropped my puppy off because it had been a while since she groomed her due to my puppy being spayed. She loved it as well! Definitely works on my little Maltipoos knots !”

“These products are wonderful and work very well on my pups. I have a shedder and a nonshedder so I have both shampoos. I also use the dry shampoo, the swipes, the spray scent and the balm on their feet and noses. I always get compliments on how good they smell and how unbelievably soft they are. When I wash them I truly believe the silicone scrubber helps to clean them even better and I know the towel dries them much faster. My only criticism would be that the swipes wipes are just too small and I also wish the towel was bigger. Of course I wish these products were cheaper but I obviously think they are worth it!”

Thank you Barbara! We pride ourselves on using only the best and most natural ingredients which contributes to the cost. The product can be diluted so you can get more out of it! Also, always look out for sals that we have throughout the year

“I wasn't successful at working through the mattes on my Havi's ears, partly because she didn't like me doing that. Other than that, it's smells great and made all 3 dogs coats shiny and fragrant. Felt I applied more than I needed though as I went through 1/2 bottle on 3 10lb dogs”

“It definitely loosens mats but doesn't get them fully removed no matter how much i used or how long it sat. I still had to cut the mats behind the ear. At least it helps.”

Hi Damaris, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, some tangles and mats can be so tight and close to the skin that the only solution is to cut it out :( We are glad that the Final Coat Conditioner could loosen some of the mats!
