“Used on my dog, dog seems to have red eyes as though it's irritated it and I've broke out in a rash up my arms. So all 3 bottles getting thrown in bin.”

“I have booked a grooming for our cat with nails cut and fur shave from this company. I based it off of the review so I was really looking forward for a good cat owner experience. When my daughter dropped our cat off, she mentioned right away that the place looks sketchy. So, I told her oh that's okay maybe they are just a start up business and the reviews were good anyway. But then, when my second daughter picked our cat up, these stupid staffs didn't even acknowledged her as a customer, our cat not groomed up to par as the reviews claim to be and even charged us $100 for 1 star rating for their crappy service!!! They could have been friendly in the first place and that will surely remove any sense of dissatisfaction but noooo, they are just a bunch of overpaid staffs with no proper training!! I will sure give everyone I know a word of mouth about this sketchy company.”

Hi, This is not our company. our company is PRIDE+GROOM https://prideandgroom.com. We do NOT groom pets and we do not have a brick and mortar location. We sell grooming PRODUCTS such as shampoos and conditioners that are all-natural, essential oils and free of parabens, sulphates, silicones, dyes and gluten ... I am so sorry you had a bad experience with this company this is but please take this review down and put it up on the correct website! Thank you.

“The scent is too overwhelming. I couldn’t use it. My grandpup is small and I did a test run on a spot on his neck and he began sneezing profusely. I think if you provide a product that is scent free or has a minimal smell. It would be better.”

This was reshipped as soon as we were made aware of the issue. Sadly we do not control UPS! We wish we did. Hope you liked it when you received it. Thanks for being a loyal customer and supporting small businesses.

“Wry opinionated people and not customer friendly. Do not like grooming puppies. Wasn’t good enough to upset my mother on phone but upset her again after the puppy groom telling her she would be better taking her puppy to an independent groomer and she should have brought him in sooner! Also you can’t pay via debit card over phone which is ridiculous. They expect you to pay via a link on an app or email. Won’t be returning ever!!!”

“Your product is overwhelming when it comes to fragrance. It would be great if it came in unscented. But having a very sensitive nose I was disappointed and it was hard to have to wash my dog with another shampoo three times to try and remove the fragrance. I am disappointed I spent $40 on your shampoo and conditioner and can’t even use it”

Hi Debra, I sincerely apologize you are unsatisfied. The pH in dog conditioner and human conditioner is actually not the same. Dogs require we use conditioner that is formulated for their pH!

“I’ve purchased the shampoo and the conditioner and loved the fragrance so I thought I’d purchase the Cologne. The cologne was a huge disappointment. The fragrance only lasted about an hour. Considering the price, I very disappointed. I groom and show dogs and I will not recommend the cologne.”

Hi Joan, We are sorry you don't like the cologne. We need to be very careful about the % of fragrance we use in our products, since dogs are very sensitive to them. Also, the duration sometimes depends on how the skin interacts with it, just like us humans, some scents stay longer and others don't. Thank you for your feedback. Patricia
