Awful customer service. Awful service full stop. I paid for an order. a week later the order arrived with the words "1 piece missing" writen on the box. I opened it an of course 1 piece that I ordered was missing so I patiently waited for over a week and nothing arrived. I spoke to their online customer service rep 3 times without a anything being resolved. I tried calling their phone number 20+ times. Sometimes is doesn't even connect and not once has anyone answered the phone. I've now emailed their complaints team 7 times and all I get is "I'll look in to it and get back to you by the end of the day" Of course, they do not! Worst customer service I've ever experienced and STILL they haven't sent me what I fully paid for. Don't bother using them. They are inept

Very poor quality I just used once and ripped off and not standing up right and leaning back and they are awful not fixing

I place an order with them 30/06/2023 the only reason why I ordered with them was because they offered next day approval and delivery that will cost you a double price but if you are in rush …. so I was thinking that will be fast but unfortunately I was extremely wrong even though I payed double the price … the order was approved almost 5 days later due the fact that the person who took my order was unable to even do one thing right in adjusting the prints from the artwork so I had to change everything on the way that he would be able to only press a print as the company have a strict policy that you would communicate only with the person that take your order - so if they are not there or have a day off or are busy so took 3 days off that he had +2 days correcting his mistakes and sending him a new artworks until get approved then when finally get approved he informed me as it is to late he will proceed with the order the next day when he finally send the banners he forgot that I PAID extra for protection tubes for the transportation and safe keeping afterwards and didn’t send them when I emailed to remain them took them 5 days to respond and still haven’t bother to read the complaint and ask me for a “photos of the damaged banners “ I never say that the banners are damaged by the way so that only shows how incredibly incompetent they are ! THAT COMPANY IS A JOKE SAFE YOU SELF A STRESS AND MONEY AND ORDER FROM SOMEONE ELSE !!! The 5 star reviews are most likely from their own personal you can clearly see that most of the genuine reviews here are with similar problems!!!

Very poor quality banners. I wish I had read the reviews first. Their website talks about their 'cutting-edge 10,000sqft facility and unmatched quality' but the two banners I received have very poor quality print, both are damaged, and both missing an eyelet, so are useless.

Ordered A3 desktop stands with 48h turnaround just to get bad quality print in A4 format without actual stand. Been told by Chris that stand is out in post (it was not) and print need to be looked from far away (excuse for a bad print), and that the size shown on their website for the stand was a typo, yet it still shows the same size. They are avoiding refund telling I have stands.... I have some bad prints I could not use for the fair. Would give 0 if there was an option but it is not like they care anyway.

Really bad service, high resolution pictures provided but I noticed the email received for approval it was a low resolution so I sent another email with the instructions the pictures to use but they ignored it.i wrote to complain twice but not reply so I called and I got told they complying to term and condition, I did ask the email confirmation to check if it is the right picture but they went silence to me I only wish I would have checked people review before to deal with this unprofessional people. I STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE.

Terrible customer service, i placed an order on June 21st and 2 months later still no sign of the banner. Every excuse under the sun- lost, then it was posted, then checking with line manager. I have now had to claim back on my card.

Should have read these reviews first! +1 star for banners actually arriving. -4 stars for arriving several days after the event we ordered them for.

Banner binned and payment written off. Not worth spending precious time on these idiots. I would advise anyone about to order from PrintedToday to NOT. Shop local instead! There are loads of banner printers and you'll probably find one near where you are. I so wish I had done that from the beginning. PrintedToday "may print today but they deliver next week": did not deliver on time and not as promised. Arrived 4 days later than promised and 6 days after the order date. PrintedToday phone customer service: the people who are on the phones like Vince, are arrogant and don't seem interested in easy rectifications to customer problems. Vince actually thinks it is funny when you say you suffered due to delays (a time-critical event in my case). It's not nice to be laughed at when complaining about terrible service. PrintedToday webchat customer service: Untrustworthy. I think it is farmed-out because when I referred to my webchat with "John" they laughed. PrintedToday quality of products: Is not good. I ordered 2 hemmed banners. One arrived hemmed, the other not. Also, one of the banners (white background btw) has pixelated colour bleed off the black print. PrintedToday goodwill and honesty: I was promised on webchat that if I ordered that morning and approved proofs by 12.30 the order would arrive 2 days later. I was asked to pay extra which I did. But they arrived 6 days later (after my event). When I complained all they did was make me send more emails and photos and laughed at me on the phone.

BEWARE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY....WEDNESDAY Ordered my banner for next day delivery, AND TOLD THEM I NEEDED IT URGENTLY FOR SATURDAY AT THE LATEST. Was told the Designer Thomas Doherty would design the banner and I would get it for Friday. Thomas sent a design through for approval, it was abysmal. I sent him a PDF of a design my husband had todo to get the information across to them. I didn't hear anything from them the next day.The design was eventually approved and I was told I needed to pay extra for next day delivery. I asked them how much, but didn't get any response. I have been messaging and emailing them for days but still haven't had a reply from them. Utterly appaling company. I WOULDN'T GIVE THEM ONE STAR. I'll give them another day, if Idon't get a response I'm going to report them to trading standards.

Appalling service, the customer service provided by the company's online chat gave me false information about delivery times, charged me more for next day delivery but the order was never delivered on a promised day. When I called and complained asking for a refund, they rudely told me they will not issue the refund. Never using them again!

As other customers have said…it’s a complete scam and am reporting them to trading standards. Ordered a banner online 6 weeks ago with 48 hour delivery. Nothing arrived, they don’t respond to emails and the live chat they just closed the call without answering my question. Can’t believe they are still trading. Please use ANY other company!! Requests for a refund go unanswered. Be warned.

Sadly, I didn't check out reviews before placing an order. Told the original order was "lost in transit" and another would be with me within 5 days. Three weeks since confirmation and payment, no banner, nobody answering emails, live chat frozen, phone line cuts off after 2 rings. Looks like I'm just another mug who's been robbed.

This company seems to be a scam. Ordered and paid money for a job online and up todate have not received any response. Have emailed the company and no response. Have tried calling and no one picks up. Very sad indeed.

Poor quality, no response at all to complaints Sent vector, print ready PDF files. The returned banners looked like a screenshot that had been scaled up 100x pixelated and blurred. Also it was not sent on time with no note about hold up. Tracking was received 8 days after the poor quality banners were received. No response from numerous complaints to the company. Exact same file sent to another printer and returned product was perfect. Avoid

Appalling service. The banner turned up with holes in due to being essentially screwed up into the packaging. Unusable. The banner stand did not turn up at all despite paying extra for 48hr despatch on both items. Zero effective communication either before shipping or after. Office have essentially blocked my number, so I can't ring for a refund. Emails go unanswered, despite requesting a refund through that method aswell. Avoid, essentially a fairly expensive scam.

They sent our banner out, but not the means to display it (which we had paid for and was allegedly in stock). When we called to query it they hung up. Then blocked our number. Pretty unbelievable behaviour. Avoid if possible.

Dreadful!!! They stuffed my 8ft by 8ft banner in a 2ft box!!! Shouldn’t even get one star!!! Where is the common sense??? You run a print company and cannot provide suitable packaging! The banner is ruined lots of crease marks and it’s terrible!!!
