Appalling service, the customer service provided by the company's online chat gave me false information about delivery times, charged me more for next day delivery but the order was never delivered on a promised day. When I called and complained asking for a refund, they rudely told me they will not issue the refund. Never using them again!

As other customers have said…it’s a complete scam and am reporting them to trading standards. Ordered a banner online 6 weeks ago with 48 hour delivery. Nothing arrived, they don’t respond to emails and the live chat they just closed the call without answering my question. Can’t believe they are still trading. Please use ANY other company!! Requests for a refund go unanswered. Be warned.

They told me that negated it being take at 2meters away! Ridiculous! Apparently they are beyond the laws of photography physics!!
Online quote states £60 for 2 so they sent me an invoice for similar amount for 1 plus faster delivery.
