“I had some problems with the first delivery - the package looked like it had taken some rough treatment and the first cartridge leaked. The second cartridge in the delivery showed an "nearly empty " sign on my Canon MX535 printer. I reported this to Printer Basics - They promptly replaced the two cartridges - with no fuss. The second 'nearly empty' cartridge is still working - this makes me think that perhaps the message is linked to software set-ups - so that my printer is giving me a deceptive reading of ink levels in compatible cartridges. We shall see - at the moment Printer Basics product is still running well and to be honest I was quite disappointed with the short life of my initial Canon cartridges- thats why I switched to Printer basics. If the cartridges continue performing well, I'll be able to upgrade my Good Rating to Very Good. Derek Glick”

We have contacted the Customer and arranged for replacement cartridges to be dispatched under our guarantee. have advised we are here 7 days a week, so if the Customer has any more trouble to contact us. Kindest regards, Emma

“Took 15 min. to solve the problem of warning message on HP old model, office jet 7200. Went on HP web and followed suggestion of leave printer "on", unplug cable at printer, then unplug cable from wall. Wait for 60 seconds, plug in at wall, then plug in to printer. Now working. Quality of ink good. Delivery Very good”

“Cheaper than most. Well packaged and arrived quickly. Will certainly use again. Try them yourself. However do not check your PPI. You get loads of calls and must give loads pf details that can be used fraudulently..”
