“Have always previously purchased genuine Canon ink cartridges. Thought I'd try out this cheaper option but, maybe unsurprisingly, proved to be utterly useless. Both reading as empty in the printer and the black not working at all. Leason learned, stick to genuine products.”

“Cheapest and now discovered "the best" non original ink cartridge I've bought to date. Delivered within the specified timescale, thought I had a problem the cartridge but a telephone call to PB sorted my problem. My printer was at fault. Highly recommend this company. 10/10.”

“I have found Printer Basics to offer excellent service, with good delivery times and very competitive pricing. However my latest delivery packaging was concerning where the package had split open before delivery and the contents fully visible and accessible. Fortunately there was no loss of contents on this occasion, and I am generally very pleased with them.”
