DO NOT USE They take your money and don’t refund, product returned and confirmed. Customer service are dire or just non existent - probably 1 person using different names. Reported to my bank - asked for ARN number company won’t give it to me? If you refunded me you have an ARN number - what’s the problem?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - dreadful pair of football boots. They want you to order another pair whilst you send the faulty ones back which you then have to pay for! Can't get hold of anyone to speak to just a person sitting behind a chat screen who is basically useless. ITS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY

Terrible customer service. Over one month since returning the item I still haven't received a refund - just several copy and paste emails blaming the courier (their appointed courier!) The courier informs me the parcel has been delivered. It's only £16 - you would think at some point they accept that there has been an issue with their courier and make good the refund but no. Will never purchase from this company again.

The worst business I have dealt with I received 13 emails copy and paste!!! Everyone is you will get a update withi 24 hours!!! We have shipped your item that was Saturday afternoon, then on sunday which is a day after we are about to ship your item blah, blah!!! What you mean is your shipping FA!!! I will not be fob off with your lies I will recall payment within 14 days!

Just going to keep giving it a 1 star review until they unblock my email or refund me the money i'm owed. Already filed a trading standard report against them and an action fruad police report for their scummy trading practices. If they actually dealt with customers concerns instead of misleading them for weeks and weeks causing me to send/recieve 30+ emails, maybe I would not need to get angry or lose my patience with this shi**y company. Now I see why they only have customer support via email. Very childish company - instead of fixing your problem they block your email address. DO NOT ORDER - FRUAD WEBSITE. order 54375680

I received some else’s order .. expensive ruby boots and 2 pairs of shorts.. I contacted customer service and they asked me to pay for the return from Ireland 🇮🇪 .. why could I pay for there mistake .. the least I could do his send free return label..

Terrible service. Sold me faulty goods refused to make an adequate refund or exchange. Poor customer service. Do yourselves a favour and buy elsewhere.

General Placed an order, money was taken immediately out of my account. Order was cancelled for what they said was creditcard issue. Called my bank, no issue. Got an email that refund in 3 to 5 workdays. After a week I emailed them again about refund. Mistake at accounting. Long story short, two weeks later I might get my refund. Also found another site where everything is about 30% cheaper. Bad experience

This company is pathetic. They took my money and emailed me confirmation of delivery and nothing arrived. The link to track didn’t work their communication is awful. Anyone thinking to use these folks I would advise you to find an alternate. This is exactly why large efficient corporations are crushing poor performing small companies. Fail fail fail.

Bad experience, unfair and abusive of business practice I tried to cancel the order in less than 15 minutes after placed the order online. It never went thru even I sent a couple emails to provided customer service email. A couple days later, email sent to me indicated the product was dispatched and I replied asking for cancelation. They replied email it's not possible since it was dispatched and I have to go thru the return after receiving the product. Well, they obviously would like to sell the product and careless about the consumer's concern and interest. It would be considered as an abusive business practice if a consumer would agree. Well, it is too bad that I would never come back doing business with them again and I would share my experience to the consumers out there to be very cautious when doing business with prodirectsoccer.com

Ordered way in advance for Christmas as present and product hasn’t still been delivered! After long time it shows delivered in their system, but item has never arrived. Scam company, be aware and buy elsewhere!

Order was due on the 22nd as they promised Christmas delivery, They have now changed it to the 29th, apparently they have "done their bit" so completely unwilling to help.

Not even worth a star Dishonest Scammers This apparently uk based company is a scam. Do not buy from!!!! They are on suspicious sellers bank list.. Too good to be true... described there products as UA unauthorized genuine, complete rubbish

Absolutely disgusting service!! Was talking to someone due to my delivery being ages and they ended the chat. Also Paid for next day delivery. They then told me 7 day’s later it’s not left warehouse yet. I then finally have some hope as saying it’s on it’s way but no it has been relocated 2 times!! Disgusting would not recommend!

The worst and stubborn customer service reps. They indicated recipient name on parcel wrongly though it was clearly indicated on their website. No prompt help. I contacted them before order got delivered to wrong person but they did not offer any help. They neither looked into my account to see what is the correct recipient name. Important thing that they did not start an investigation. Only after 3 days and fourth time when I contacted them in Live Chat they started an investigation

No compres en ProDirect Soccer!!! Ni se te ocurra. Lo vas a entender si lees este comentario. De todo puedo mostrar fotos. Es real como la vida misma. Compré una camiseta Nike por valor de 11,18€ más unos gastos de envío de 6€. En el pedido también había una mochila de Adidas. El precio de la camiseta me cautivó y eso fue lo que me cegó. No leí antes nada sobre esta tienda y ese fue mi gran fallo. De haber “bicheado” un poco, enseguida me hubiera dado cuenta de que había truco. Lo explico. Pedí una talla S ya que según qué fabricante gasto la S o la M. El pedido llegó bien. La mochila estupenda... ahí no se falla. Talla única. Pero la camiseta me quedaba pequeña. Necesitaba la M. Busco en la web cómo devolverla y ay señores resulta que la política de devolución se las trae. Lo tienes que mandar tú por correo postal abonando tú el coste. Bueno, dije aun así ya que estoy... Salgo del trabajo y en mi media hora de desayuno decido persona en en en Correos tras esperar la cola de rigor y pago 10,70€ por enviarlo de nuevo a Reino Unido. Ya la camiseta no era tan barata. Y encima tienes tú que hacerlo todo. Ellos no mueven ni un dedo para hacer la compra más placentera al cliente. Tuve que comprar un sobre en la misma oficina de Correos porque tampoco te envían nada en este sentido. Más coste. Tienes que adjuntar la factura (en inglés todo) donde viene un apartado que debes marcar que quieres un cambio por otra talla e indicar la talla (en inglés también). Se supone que ellos te envían gratis la M a tu casa como política de empresa. Pues bien, recibo un email a los 11 días de haber mandado el paquete por Correos. Y me dicen que me han devuelto el dinero del coste de la camiseta (los 11,18€) porque no tienen la M. Bueno eso he supuesto yo porque el mensaje e genérico y no personalizado y dice que si recibes el reembolso es porque no tienen el artículo que has pedido. Seguro que ni lo han comprobado. Voy a la web y tachán... hay M. ¡Ya iba a morirme de la desesperación! Enseguida pensé estos se quieren evitar tener que mandarme la camiseta que sí tienen en existencias porque claro pierden los 6€ que yo ya he pagado antes... Tienen el tinglado muy bien montado. Ellos no pierden nada. No venden nada pero no pierden nada. Yo pagué el primer envío (6€) y el segundo (10,70€) y ellos nada. He perdido 16,70€ más el coste del sobre especial, una visita a la oficina de Correos y un mes y no tengo la camiseta. ¿Te lo puedes creer? He contactado con el chat online (por supuesto en inglés pues no tienen traductores) y la respuesta del agente es que lo siente pero que el reembolso está hecho (solo faltaría que no me devolvieran el dinero de una camiseta que se han quedado ellos) y que no puede hacer nada nada más. Que lo siente mucho. Le respondo que eso no es ninguna ayuda. Que eso ya lo pone en el email. Le digo que por qué no me han preguntado qué hacer antes de tomar ellos la decisión que menos me conviene y además de forma unilateral. Hay muchas opciones, como por ejemplo, quedarme con la S, otro color del mismo modelo en M, que me traigan la M más adelante... ¡Nada! Él (David) me responde que entiende la situación pero que no pueden hablar con los clientes porque “tristemente” están muy ocupados y que se ha hecho ya el reembolso y que eso es lo que hay. Le pido hablar con un jefe del servicio de atención al cliente y me da el email estándar que ya está en la web. Me quejo y me da otro email estándar para reclamaciones. ¡Un desastre de tienda online! Tengo foto de todo: del pedido inicial, de la devolución que hice con el ticket de Correos (no me quedé con el ticket del sobre especial) y de que había la M en la web el mismo día que me informaron de que no había. Además he guardado íntegramente la conversación con David, el del servicio de atención al cliente, por si alguien quiere verificarlo. En resumen, un servicio pésimo. Cero profesionalidad. Si estuviera en mis manos, cerraría este tipo de negocios que no respetan a los consumidores y que luego presumen de valores y misiones en sus reuniones ejecutivas. No me extraña que esté tan mal valorada. Es una tomadura de pelo. Me he gastado cerca de 17€ y no tengo nada. ¡Qué engaño! Cualquier otra tienda de barrio te atiende mejor y te sale más barato. ¡Aun me cuesta creer lo que me ha pasado!

Disgusting customer service, waited days to hear back and was not assisted accordingly. Not guaranteed a returned refund and judging from other reviews do not trust the company. Waste of time and money.

I ABSOLUTELY DEMAND MY MONEY BACK I Wish I read the reviews first.. shirt was fine but I asked for a name and number on the back and they literally put the name in the middle of the back of the shirt Instead of across the shoulders and the number finished down near the bottom of the shirt !!! Funniest thing was that it said “ quality passed “on the box !!! Obviously they couldn’t care less in that warehouse and the customer service are no help at all they still have not got back to me after 3 emails..
